I also love that her approach gives me the ability to do a high-maintenance service while keeping it low maintenance between visits. My hair grows out well and still looks good until I can get back into her chair. The salon is conveniently located without having to sit in traffic to get to Murrieta or Temecula, which is a huge plus. I had Brazilian waxes done before, and this felt like my skin was being ripped off instead of the hair. I also asked her to leave a little patch of hair, which she removed! I'm paying my money, but you don't listen and do what I asked you to do? How does that work? So now I am completely bare, that's fine. I'll get over that part because it'll grow back. But on top of it, she left wax on my skin , and that is so very unacceptable! She didn't have enough sense to realize that my hair was long and that she should've cut it before waxing. I can't quite put my finger on it, but he has a strange way about him. He keeps disappearing into that one room, and as far as I know, they don't do any services in that room. ​Honestly, it makes me feel quite nervous, and I heard some of the other woman whispering that they think he lives there. I've never seen him sitting in a chair getting any work done on himself. It's a space with so many children and women around. If he is indeed staying there, it simply is not right. My nerves are quite frayed over it, to tell you the truth. ​And once, I went into the washroom after he had been in there, and the state of it! It looked like he had a "bird bath" in it. It made me feel so uncomfortable. He truly puts me in a tizzy!
