Everyone is incredibly friendly and they are committed to being force free and fear free, which is amazing as someone with an anxious reactive covid dog. They were also so transparent, flexible, and non judgmental about spacing out some routine bloodwork and shots. Very much appreciate the care they give animals, the bedside manner, all of it! Highly recommended

I am new to the area. When I scheduled my new patient appointments for my dogs I told them that one dog was reactive and the other is fearful. They assured me that they were a fear-free practice and that my dogs would be absolutely fine. At the actual appointment, I discovered that their quote unquote fear-free care is overdosing my dogs on plain Skippy peanut butter. Not only that, but their restraint methods stressed my dogs out. One of my dogs limped for two weeks after this vet appointment and the other one I can tell was absolutely terrified, with full whale eyes while she was there. I should have never gone back, but I did because I had an appointment for their boosters today. I got there and was informed that I was late for my appointments and they didn't have a room for me. I told them that my appointment was scheduled for 4:00 and they said that it was for 3:40 and 3:50. That is not what I had saved in my phone and they never called me to confirm. I even checked my phone to make sure that I had not missed a call from them recently and the last time I received a call from them was March 21st. I was not hostile or rude; I was simply irritated that there was a scheduling miscommunication and I was not contacted. Furthermore I arrived there at 3:48 because that's the time stamp on my phone call to let them know that I was there and in the parking lot. So I was only 8 minutes late for one appointment and still early for one and they told me they didn't have rooms available. They kicked me out. I was going to have about $3,000 worth of dental surgery done there for one of my dogs and now I'm going to have it done somewhere else, because I will not go somewhere where I am treated like an idiot and I will not go somewhere where my dogs are treated poorly.

My Golden Retriever Bono has hypothyroidism, and I honestly thought we were going to lose him. He had gained 25 lbs, had trouble breathing and walking, and even his tongue turned a weird purple color. After just two visits, Dr. Lunday prescribed the right supplements and gave me valuable suggestions on how to feed him. Now Bono (who is 8 years old) is playful again and keeping up with my Doberman Bianca! I'm so grateful for Dr. Lunday's expertise and care. Highly recommend! Fur parent #realtorTatyanaMakarov
