Speaking of cutting it, I ordered the Spicy Arriabiata which was slic3d so awkwardly it was almost impossible to eat as a sandwich. Instead of being cute, try slicing it in half so it can be eaten next time. Overall the food was actually good, service was good and properly attentive. Will I go back? Probably not. Kind of feels like a been there, done that type of experience. Dinner for 2 with a cocktail and wine and 2 sandwiches cost $85. Probably cancel spend that elsewhere and get a better dinner.

Had grilled shishito peppers. It was my first time to ever eat one, I loved them. I enjoyed them better without the sauce, but the wasabi Mayo did provide a nice kick. I ate the fried wontons with the sauce. We shared the crab Rangoon flatbread. It did not disappoint, and had a healthy serving size. I would get it again and again! That's if, as they'd promised, they would be delivered to our outside table. I had to chase them; they weren't quite hot, but good enough. There is lots of solid competition for bowls in Bloomington; these were average and the service weak. The flavors were OK, but the food was sort of dry. Perhaps if the server hadn't had trouble hearing over the constant sound of the smoothie machine blasting away, something different might happen, also the reason we sat outside in the first place.
