We stopped by Milk Bar in Vegas and got the Cookies & Cream ice cream and a Birthday Cake Latte. Honestly, it felt pretty overpriced for what we got, and I don't think it was worth the cost. The ice cream was pretty creamy, but you could honestly get something better at Yogurtland for a much better price. The Birthday Cake Latte was especially disappointing, it was really small for how much it cost and wasn't even that good. The place itself is cute and has a fun retro vibe with nice decorations, so the atmosphere was definitely a plus. However, it took a while for all of our drinks and food to come out, even with multiple servers working. Overall, I liked the look of the place more than the actual food and drinks.
The line was long but it understandable why so! This place was delicious and the cocktails were phenomenal. I got the B'Day Espresso Martini and am in heaven! Will definitely be a stopping ground whenever I'm visiting Vegas.
Went to go hit up Milk Bar after my business lunch at Amaya inside The Cosmopolitan. Milk Bar is not a walk inside kind of place; it is a stand on the second floor between The Juice Standard and Momofuku. There was only one person taking everyone's orders and making the drinks and retrieving the desserts, but the line, which wasn't too long, was moving fairly quickly. When I realized that they had coffee, I went for one immediately. Although I was inside The Cosmo and just got out of a business lunch, I did decide to skip their cookies and ice cream and just have their coffee, because I don't eat sweets on a very regular basis anymore. The spiked milkshakes I had my eyes on, but unfortunately for me, I drove here. What caught my eye on the menu was their birthday cake latte, and so I went for that in a medium cup. Hey, it's someone's birthday somewhere, right? Just a heads up, even though it tastes exactly like a birthday cake, it doesn't come with sprinkles on the top or any of that other fun stuff. The person (super nice, btw) did inform me when I got my drink is that it would explode a little bit when I would put my straw inside of the cup. There are no seating areas with tables here, so I had to go elsewhere to set my drink down so I wouldn't spill my drink everywhere while I was standing. While the drink was amazing and not too sweet, it was also a tad expensive for a medium cup ($10 plus tip). Then again, it is The Strip, so expect things to be overtly expensive.
Stopped by after momofuku to try a slice of crack pie (now known as milk bar pie). Similar to our experience at momofuku, they tried to upsell us when I ordered one slice of pie $8. She said it tastes best with soft serve on top, would you like to add it? No. Do you want another one for later? No. Do you want some water? No. I was a fan of Christina Tosi and David Chang who say they're "brother and sister", but not anymore. If this is how they train their staff to squeeze out more money from you, I'll take my stomach elsewhere. The pie was over priced, too sweet, and a small portion.

I have a complicated history with Milk Bar. The last time I visited, I ordered the cereal milk soft serve because I wanted to relive the Milk Bar magic I remembered from New York. Unfortunately, it just didn't hit the same way for me, and I left feeling a little underwhelmed. Fast forward to this trip to Las Vegas, and after a serious sweet tooth kicked in, I decided to give Milk Bar another shot. This time, I went all in and ordered the DIY Build-Your-Own Pint. Was it on the double-dollar-sign side of things? Absolutely. Did I regret it? Not even a little. Being able to customize everything felt oddly liberating, and the end result was exactly what I was craving. Every bite delivered. It was sweet, indulgent, packed with texture. Bomb dot com. The experience itself was surprisingly fun too. The staff was friendly, and at one point they had hardstyle music blasting through their speakers. As someone who had just survived EDC weekend, I couldn't help but point it out, which sparked a fun conversation and a few laughs with the employees. The good vibes extended to the line as well. Even though there were people waiting, it never felt long because everyone was chatting and enjoying the atmosphere. If I had one complaint, it's not really about the food at all. Milk Bar at the Cosmopolitan operates more as a walk-up window than a true dessert destination. Personally, I think the desserts are good enough to deserve a cozy sit-down concept where people can slow down and enjoy what they're ordering. Still, this visit completely redeemed Milk Bar in my eyes. Great service, a fun atmosphere, and a dessert that finally lived up to the hype I remembered. If they ever expand beyond the window-booth setup, I'd happily bump this to five stars
I wasn't actually planning on stopping at Milk Bar, but while walking through The Cosmopolitan I spotted a sign advertising a cereal milk matcha and immediately became intrigued. The cereal milk matcha sounded so good in theory that I couldn't stop thinking about it. As a matcha lover, the idea of combining that earthy matcha flavor with sweet nostalgic cereal milk just sounded like a winning combination. There was a small line when I arrived, so I waited while one employee worked through the customers ahead of me. While waiting, I looked over the menu and honestly everything sounded great. The prices definitely reminded me that I was in Vegas, but that's pretty much expected inside a resort on The Strip. When I finally got to the register, I found out they were out of the cereal milk option. I was definitely disappointed, but the employee helping me was incredibly kind and suggested either a birthday cake or marshmallow flavor instead. Since I was really craving matcha, I decided to go with the marshmallow version. Needless to say, it was a solid matcha. Was it the best matcha I've ever had? No. But it was definitely a quality matcha with just enough marshmallow sweetness to make it feel cozy without overpowering the drink. The marshmallow complemented the matcha surprisingly well and gave it a little something extra while still letting the matcha shine.

Got the Soft Serve Ice Cream ($9.50) and it came with a free topping so I got Cereal Milk Ice Cream with Cocoa Pebbles. It was not too sweet and very creamy. However, there wasn't really much flavor so it tasted quite bland but the Cocoa Pebbles added some flavor and sweetness to it. Overall, I wasn't too impressed with the ice cream and most likely won't recommend or return.
I got the DIY sundae and it was so good but so rich. This would have been perfect to share between two people. I got the cereal milk ice cream, with the birthday truffle in between topped off with cereal flakes and marshmallow cream. I could only finish half of it, definitely on the sweeter side with the marshmallow cream on top. This really does hit the spot on a hot day in Vegas. It's also definitely on the pricier side... but it's a treat!

I ordered their froyo, which basically tastes like cereal milk. It's delightful! I got the caramel on top as well. They even have combos, so of course I did that as well. I got my favorite compost cookie, which is basically all the delicious things you can think of in one cookie. It's SOOO good! So dang tasty. The girl that helped us was so nice and let me try the flavors of ice cream before deciding on what I wanted. This is a grab and go spot so you just order at the counter and take your treats to go, though there is some seating around the corner by Egg Slut if you want to sit and enjoy. The pricing is a bit expensive for what it is, but you're paying for the brand and being on the Strip of course. Still, I love me some Milk Bar and always enjoy treating myself to it when I'm at The Cosmo.
I was excited for this so it was a bit of a letdown with how cloying it is and how one-note the flavor was. The stars are definitely for the spiked milkshakes which unsurprisingly made it better because it gave the drinks something other than sweet. The staff though is amazingly helpful, he was a gem! It's inside the Cosmopolitan so it's busy and loud so really get your drinks and go elsewhere is the vibes. The price point did not warrant the experience or even the hype.
Had the cookie and soft serve dessert. The cookies are expensive, but the cornflake, marshmallow cookie with the cereal milk flavored soft serve was amazing. The soft serve does evoke the flavors of your remaining cereal milk along with some malted milk twist.

I remember way back when Milk Bar opened at the Cosmopolitan when I was completing my undergraduate degree at UNLV. Much to my delight, Milk Bar hasn't changed much even though the years have ticked on. I ordered the cookies and cream sundae and my mother ordered the cinnamon churro sundae. Both sundaes were fairly small portions, though the prices were on the higher side. I don't fault them for this, as this seems to be fairly typical of Las Vegas these days. The team member who doubled as an ice cream creator and cashier was an absolute doll and made our soft serve so pretty. Ample seating areas to be found around the second floor of the hotel, so don't shy away about not having a place to sit! read more

Had the chocolate chip cookie wasn't impressed. It was overly sweet. Definitely downside is you have to get three cookies as that seems to be the minimum. Service was quick, however. Definitely somewhere you just stopped by and get something to go. read more

Bought the matcha cereal milk latte and the cereal milk latte. Matcha cereal milk latte: 1/10 They use Jade leaf matcha which I've never really had a good experience with. There is an extreme lack of a matcha taste, umami, or nuttiness. Cereal milk iced latte: 3/10 As a cereal milk lover (Frosted Flakes, or fruity pebble) I found the latte to taste nothing like cereal milk. There is a decent coffee flavor but nothing screamed cereal. I didn't try their soft serve or cookies, but the drinks there aren't something I would repurchase. read more

Never meet your idols. My 9yo boy and 12yo girl love bake squad and C.Tosi. "TOO SWEET" Not a response we usually get from our lovers of food and especially sweets. Dang! We do not recommend The service was fantastic Zero vibe, its a line right after you exit the Chelsea theatre read more
I always make a point to come here whenever I'm at Cosmo. Their soft serve classic milk and cereal ice cream never disappoints. Their small is not that small and can be shareable. They include corn flakes cereal at the bottom and on top and sides of the ice cream, so you never get a shortage of the cereal topping. The ice cream also has hints of salt, which I love being I like that sweet and salty combo flavor. Service is always friendly and super fast. 9 out of 10 there's a short line, but when I went on a Saturday early afternoon, there surprisingly wasn't one. I highly recommend this place whenever visiting Cosmo. read more

There are tons of options here. I haven't tried the ice cream. I have tried all of the cookies. I also had a slice of birthday cake! Everything is delicious. But, the best item is the pie! It used to be called " crack pie". But, PC idiots found it offensive??? It still tastes as good. It is crazy sweet and perfect in every way. It tastes similar to ooey, gooey butter cake. Cookies!! I always wanted to go to Milk Bar for their dessert, but the calories were not my friend, so I opted for a little less calories, the cookies. Well... a cookie. My friend got a bunch of cookies and I only wanted 2- she said the oatmeal cream and the cornflake chocolate chip marsh. I ate half of each and both were really good. The cake and build a pint look hella good, but don't want all that sugar before a night of drinking. A good little treat. read more
Came here for a treat and had a bit of a mixed experience. The cereal ice cream was actually great, though the corn flakes on top were surprisingly salty. The biggest letdown was the marshmallow brownie. In the official pictures, it looks like it's loaded with a bunch of marshmallows, but the one I received barely had any at all. It was definitely a case of "expectation vs. reality." Probably wouldn't order the brownie again, but the ice cream flavor itself was solid. read more

I'd choose Mc D soft serve over this. But the cookies are fine I'd give the cookies 6.5/10. Ice cream 2/10. Birthday cake balls was on the cold side 4/10. One and done. Don't recommend the ice cream. Go to Mc D instead. read more

I really enjoyed the vegan and gluten free peanut butter crunch pie. A five star for that! Only reason I give a 4 star review is because there weren't other options to choose from for dessert or milk substitute for matcha I wanted. Great service, quick turnaround. Dessert/drink pop up type place in Cosmopolitan Hotel. Lots of seating nearby. read more

Line moved super slow, shouldn't take that long to order when there were only 3 more people in front of me. Server was a bit cold shouldered when I ordered. I enjoyed the soft serve, it's a little different from the other store, it's savory. So prepare some saltiness. Not bad though. Gluten free PB bar pie is very very sweet. It's located next to momofuku and they don't have any dinning area, so togo only. read more
For the love of all that is good do not get a matcha latte here. I don't know what exactly the issue is but either the milk is sour or the cereal flavor they used is just not good. The advertisement for the drink looks significantly different! I'm sure the desserts here are okay but this is such a bad drink. read more
Located on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan hotel, Milk Bar brings you sweet treats. And as their website describes "Milk Bar Milk Bar is a sweet (and occasionally savory) shop that's been turning familiar treats upside down and on their heads, shaking up the dessert scene since 2008." Ordered: Build-A-Pint Step 1 has your choose your soft serve ice cream, step 2 has you choose a cookie or truffle, step 3 is where you pick your sauce, and in step 4 you top it off. It wasn't bad, the cereal favored milk ice cream tasted off to me, probably because I'm not a big fan of cornflakes. So cornflakes flavored milk ice cream is a flavor I wouldn't normally go for, and probably not the best choice. The staff member was really helpful and helped us choose the Build-A-Pint. Will definitely try something new next time, to se what what collgood treats Milk Bar as to offer. read more

A must get everytime I'm in Vegas!! I got the classic cereal milk with crunchy cereal shake, delicious! Would get everytime not too sweet and literally tastes like cereal milk. The cookies are also so good especially the compost cookie and teuffles read more
The Cosmopolitan is snatching up trendy restaurants left and right, and Milk Bar is no exception! I've had their cereal milk soft serve before, and this place did not disappoint either. It's so milky, and the cereal they use is a bit salty and adds a nice crunch. If you've never been, the novelty itself is enough to come. Stay for the soft serve! read more

Went to Milk Bar twice during our 7 day trip. Yummmm. Got the whole Birthday Cake for my birthday and everyone loved it. Also got the "make a pint" twice - was so worth it. Also, the cornflake marshmallow cookie is one of the best cookies ever. read more

The ice cream/ soft serve is pretty bad. It's salty. I had the pineapple upside down cake soft serve and the cereal milk soft serve. It was really bad. The 3 stars is for the milk cake slice, that was good that's 5 starts. The confetti cookie was also great. If you can sample the ice cream first do that before buying for sure. read more
Located right next to momofoku, milk bar is a great post-dinner sweet treat! My friend and I split a cup of the cereal milk ice cream as it was a good size. We also got the cocoa pebbles topping and it was the perfect addition. This spot is just a stop, order, and take your treats elsewhere. Service was fast. read more
We finished up lunch at momofuku and saw this place as we exited. I was intrigued about the alcoholic milk shake. Apparently they have two! One is a White Russian and the other is birthday cake. They both have vanilla soft serve. So basically they pour the alcohol into the cup. Then they fill the cup with soft serve. They add a lid and then they blend it all together. The birthday one apparently has sprinkles in it and tastes like birthday cake. We both got White Russians and k was surprised by how much alcohol they put in there. The shakes were delicious. We shared the two among six people. Why not five stars???? They did not have whipped cream to top the shake!!! They also sell cookies and other sweet treats. read more
Another must try. Got their birthday cake cookie, cookie and cream cookie and cookie dough bites which is you like cookie dough, which I do, you'll love these. Def doughy cookies, sweet, thin a little chewy on the edges, def my kind of cookie! I would've bought more items but was heading to the airport. i got the mint soft serve with cornflakes, and it had the perfect mint flavor without being too overwhelming! it was also a good sweetness and paired well with the crunch from the cornflakes. i really appreciated that the workers put the soft serve cup in another cup because i couldn't eat it fast enough before it started melting and dripping down LOL the line can seem long but it goes by really fast! great sweet treat after eating around the other restaurants at the cosmo read more

Does the Las Vegas location offer cooking classes?
As far as I know, this is just a counter service place like a fast food restaurant in a food court. There is no place to sit and no classroom venue.
What gluten free options do you have?
They have two cookie flavors that are gluten and dairy free.
What current flavors do u have in the soft serve?
They always have cereal milk flavor and one seasonal flavor. Seasonal flavor changes.
Do they have anything vegan?
The ice creams are milk based but I think the LA location has a pineapple dole whip that's vegan and all of the locations typically have a vegan cookie or two!
How many people does a 6" cake feed?
Milk bar says it feeds 8-12. The cake is looks small in diameter, but sits pretty tall and is made of 3 layers. For us it fed 8 people, no leftovers, no seconds. We love our cake.
Hey fam! Do they have dairy free options?
This location is limited so no they don't have sorbet here I come here all the time because my boyfriend loves it and I'm always hoping they come out with vegan options here that are dairy free
What is a Milkquake?
It's a twist on a traditional milkshake. They add things like pretzels ?, choc chips, cereal milk etc to soft serve ice cream ~ ENJOY❣️
