Wow. So many yummy options. I was doing the Vegas walk and happened upon this by chance. So glad I walked in. All their sweets look amazing and I tried the gelato banana and chocolate ice cream. Yes it's gelato so not as sweet but boy did it have a flavor burst. I really enjoyed this. I will be back next trip to try some more treats for sure.

A great gelato counter at Eataly las Vegas. We enjoyed a couple scoops of our favorite flavors after an Italian lunch here. There were many yummy flavors to choose from. The portions were bigger than usual. They also offer some snacks like cookies, biscuits and Venchi chocolates. They have sorbets If you are dairy free! Don't forget about Lavazza coffee for some caffeine boost! This cute little counter was very organized and easy to order and pay. The workers were friendly and fast. Definitely get something here if you have a sweet tooth!

We walked into Eataly, and we ofcourse had to try the gelato before we left! Although we stuffed ourselves with dinner, I though what the heck were going to walk a little anyway so i opted for the hazelnut gelato on waffle cone. not sure if I tasted much hazelnut, but still good with the waffle. The service was nice and efficient. Casual ambiance and there seemed to be a bit of a small line always.

We went this cute little place at the Eataly. The gelato was some of the best I have had. They make it fresh daily. Stop by if you get a chance. The atmosphere is very casual. The Eataly is large food hall. The service was prompt at the walk up counter.

Cookies and cream with peach raspberry (above) and Pistachio with BananaChocolateChip (so delicious)!

Delicious gelato to be expected. But less than stellar service. Employees acted like they didn't want to be there, no greeting and a rushed scoop into the cup to send you on your way. I'm sure it's not this way all the time but caught a not so happy shift staff.

Coffee Gelato and terrible customer service.

I just left your establishment and was really disappointed with the customer service I received. When I walked up, the two servers were talking to each other and didn't acknowledge me. As I got closer (since no one approached me), the male server walked away and the female server just looked at me without greeting me. I had to initiate the interaction by saying hello and placing my order for a large coffee gelato. She repeated my order back but remained very unwelcoming. The male server then rang me up, handed me my change, and immediately turned away without saying anything further -- I even had to ask for my receipt. As a new, paying customer and someone who was there alone. I found the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism completely unacceptable. Management should really consider training staff on customer service, attentiveness, proper guest interaction and supervise them to look for "trends". Experiences like this drive customers away, and unfortunately, I won't be returning and I will share my experience with others.

We've loved the mini flavor flavors of gelato, although we always choose the stray for the intense chunks of dark chocolate embedded in it This time we needed lunch and we were at a loss at first because many of our favorite restaurants have changed and we wanted something quick and easy near the art power. This café came to the rescue with a great assortment of salad, salads, and sandwich sandwiches all on display so you knew what you were getting ahead of time. I was tempted by the Caesar salad, but went for a Cobb salad because that's similar to a breakfast salad for me with cheese, chicken, bacon, and eggs.. my husband got the turkey sandwich which she got grilled in a Panini style. Space. It was a large and tasty sandwich with plenty of turkey and cheese in it.. We were able to get a table inside with the window to the hallway, but you can also eat and enjoy your food out in the hallway will return here again for its convenience and reasonable prices and delicious food!

I was seriously tempted by the ube option even though it had whole milk, but the Vegas Rocky Road caught my eye. It is safe to say I was not disappointed. The marshmallows were plush and soft, and the almonds had that satisfying crunch I was hoping to get. Exactly what you would want in a rocky road. The service was quick and attentive as there was only one person in line. No seating inside, but honestly when it's this hot in Vegas, you're just probably happy to have a cold treat. Cool off with the AC blasting, grab a scoop, and enjoy how nice it is knowing it's like 95+ degrees outside.

Sorry, Not Sorry is trying something new without losing touch of what ice cream is. The designer flavors are experimental without being something that crosses the line from sweet treat to culinary science project. My wife and I shared a flight with the seasonal Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee, and then milk and cereal and salted pistachio brittle. While our runner ups slightly differed, we both agreed milk and cereal was a clear first place. Great flavors, exciting rotations, and an ice cream I'll gladly come back to again.

Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town that are huge Matcha lovers I bring them here! They have plenty of seating, pretty nice size tables ranging from smaller squares, to larger circle tables to pretty good size community tables. Very clean, minimalistic, open space. It's a great place to hangout, it can get pretty busy sometimes. And that parking lot in general... sometimes I've gone there and had a hard time finding parking (I've actually left out of frustration before) it really just depends when you go. You do have a lot of really well-known local places in that shopping center that get incredibly busy especially late afternoon/early evenings on weekends from my experience. Haven't really had a problem when I've gone on a weekday. They have a really awesome menu! If you're not a Matcha person... but you're going with a matcha person.. they do have some coffee drinks as well! They have egg salad sandwiches and tuna sandwiches, and a few different desserts including layered crêpe cakes. My favorite thing to get there is their Matcha float latte, it's kind of the best of both worlds where you get your Matcha latte and a Matcha soft serve all in one! There are so many different combinations that you can get there of different types of green teas, either in tea form, latte, floats, parfait, and so many different flavors and toppings like they have their banana Matcha latte, which is really good!! They have quite a few flavors of soft serve (and don't worry for the ones that don't like Matcha, but are going with a Matcha person they have ones like black sesame, Ube, vanilla, etc. I miss their lychee flavor... I believe it was a limited time flavor, and I absolutely loved that soft serve... please bring it back!) and they're absolutely perfect, the texture and consistency of their soft serve is great. Tonight I got their Matcha and vanilla swirl soft serve on a waffle cone with chocolate syrup. (I had a birthday reward, They have a really awesome rewards program!) and it brought me joy in a way that I can't even put words and it was the perfect after dinner dessert and a great way to end the evening! It's an awesome place if in the middle of the day you need your Matcha fix, you need caffeine but you're not a coffee person. It's also really great place for a semi-late night (I believe they close at 10? so it's not like super late or anything, but still open until a pretty decent time) dessert and catch up with friends! Overall, a really great place and if love Matcha, you should really check this place out!

This place was packed and had limited parking in the crowded retail strip. The ordering system is like most cafes where you order at the counter and wait for your order, the cashier was pleasant, but it was a bit of a madhouse since space was limited. This place had a decent mix of coffees and lots of matcha variety. I had the green tea matcha with Ube ice cream and Vietnamese iced coffee. Honestly, Matcha Maiko's version in Orlando makes a better Ube cream. The Vietnamese coffee was just okay. I'm happy to try out a good matcha place and they did have good matcha at least. Would I come back, not sure. There's so many places in Las Vegas but I'd give it another try if I'm craving matcha. Sadly, I was in a bit of a hurry and overwhelmed by the amount of traffic, so I forgot to take photos of the drinks. Standard plastic cups like most cafes.
