If you request Plumbing work when activating your "American Home Shield" (AHS) Homeowner Coverage,…read more"Action Plumbing" will be their referral; this is of significant importance- when an Insurance Company has a relationship with a supporting service provider, its because they can rely on that vendor's commitment to and quality of service which in turn, enhances their own reputation and sells their brand. But, you don't have to be an AHS Customer to expect and receive the same high quality levels of workmanship, customer service, or quick responsiveness - it will be the very same! For all your plumbing needs, you can rely on "Action Plumbing" to meet, or exceed, your expectations.

I called Action Plumbing on Friday morning and talked to Margie. She answered the phone right away (it was refreshing to have someone answer the phone vs getting a voicemail recording telling me to leave a message). I explained my problem to Margie and she immediately arranged for a technician, Brock, to come to my house. Brock arrived at my home within the hour and fixed my problem within 45 mins or so. Thank you, Margie and Brock. We are very pleased with the service we received from Action Plumbing and will most definitely use Action Plumbing again should we need a plumber. I'll be referring them to friends and family, as well. Shelley & Marty

What a rude person Colin is and I hate to even give this business one star to post this & warn…read moreothers of his lackadaisical and aloof personality; not to mention the fact that he will keep putting you off until he can't any longer. I first contacted them on June 23,2020 and sent him a 69 page home inspection report on a house that I purchased that needed quite a bit of plumbing work. I have not heard from them for over 2 weeks, so I sent an email to the front desk, just simply stating that if he is not interested in the job, no worries... I will simply move on. I finally got a call today on July 13 after waiting 20 days for a response from him. He started out by telling me that his fee is $98 per hour and that he would come out on Thursday July 16th....Without even offering an estimate or any information as far as with the home inspection may be calling for as far as hours are concerned. After my third or fourth call to the company and my third or fourth email to the company, I still received no response. I was exacerbated when I heard his hourly fee, (after all he's not a doctor, he's a plumber). I told him that before he came out I would like to get an estimate from him to determine if $98 per hour was affordable or not and please give me an estimate of how many hours he thinks it would be to complete the work that was in the home inspection. Obviously he never read it, but has had the complete home inspection report since June 23. It was obvious that he never reviewed it. When he knew that he was stumbling to make something up and appear as if he was prepared for the phone call back, he became very rude with me and said that he didn't appreciate my emails telling him that if he wasn't interested in the job that that was no problem, I would move on. I didn't say it in an insulting way or even an abrasive way. Just if he was busy and could not get to me just please let me know. He only talked about my last email which I sent to his front desk girl about a outdoor spigot that I needed to attach to because the dogs do not have a safe place to run on the property that is Rattlesnake proof. That is the only thing he referred to as far as timing and work. He had the nerve to call me rude when I was just trying to get an answer in a 20 day period without so much as even a phone call or a message back that he would eventually get to me and after he was referred to me by somebody who has a great reputation in town but does not charge nearly $98 per hour! I thought I would give him the first shot at the opportunity since the entire house needs re-plumbing job. He accused me of my email being really rude????? He gave me every excuse under the sun about being busy and that emergencies come first. He didn't even ask me if I had an emergency with the plumbing which, I did. I would be very guarded if you use this company and choose them based on anybody's say so because as far as I'm concerned he can't even speak proper English to you over the phone or leave a proper message without such a "twang" in his speech that you can hardly understand what he saying. Apparently he is unaware that when you have such a "southernease" / "twang" type accent it only reveals how much education you LACK. I was the COO of two very large S corporations in New Jersey for over 37 years and I would never speak to a customer the way that he spoke to me today. Chances are he probably didn't read the email; since he never went over the home inspection report to see what type of work was here. I definitely don't need him, as his impression of himself is just too big for me to handle and I would rather deal with somebody who is more realistic and does their homework properly before getting on the phone and just trying to make a quick dollar off of you. I have somebody that's far more dependable who got back to me within an hour or two while I was on the road today and is much more reasonable as far as rates, although Colin told me that 98 was the bottom dollar per hour for a plumber. I guess he is far superior with his knowledge than I am at my age having owned over 50 houses in my lifetime and having three bachelor of science degrees in different areas and a Masters in chemistry; and having been the COO for two large corporations for 37 years. I would never speak to my clientele like that even if I didn't like them. He's totally unethical, unreliable and extremely rude. I wouldn't use him if he was the last plumbing business on earth; as every interface with his company left much to be desired as far as getting back to me in a timely manner or speaking to me like a human being or any hint of professionalism. He totally lacks respect for his elders... and piers. Sorry to say, but stereotypical of the "new generation business owner"... Don't you know everybody we owe them!
