This shop thinks they can do no wrong. My car was rushed & returned to me after multiple delays in even getting my car back. My windows were malfunctioning and my mirrors would not extend out to see while driving. I was then blamed for this as the shop said "they weren't working before I dropped my car off." When I had to go back for them to finish my car I was told they don't know what's wrong, they will research & get back to me. They never did. I called & finally got in touch with the owner who also had no clue. I suggested multiple ways to try to resolve this and he agreed. And then I never received a response again. I was forced to go to a body shop (& pay out of pocket) to rectify the issue only to find that they incorrectly reassembled my doors, causing multiple issues. Called early on a Saturday and due to a cancellation, was able to get my car in for a full tint job. The staff was responsive and extremely efficient in getting my vehicle in and done. The quality of the work that was done is top-notch and I am extremely happy with the final product. They use 3M film here, which is extremely high quality and is a durable long lasting product. Ahhhh where to begin.. let's start with worst customer experience I've ever had. This is a long review so here's the cliff notes: don't ever get vinyl wrap work completed here, ever. I probably wouldn't recommend clear bra services after seeing the quality of work completed on my car. I actually wouldn't recommend this business for anything unless you're looking for your time to be wasted, some questionable pricing tactics and your issues to be brushed off by the owner. Here's where my story begins.. On July 25th I visited TMR to inquire about completing a chrome delete project. I was given a quote of $450 for a full chrome delete including a vinyl wrap on my grill, which is the only reason I chose this shop. I thought this was too good to be true, turns out it was. The shop was able to get me in on July 27th and was told it would be a 5 hour job. Upon arrival I was informed that the cost would actually be $500 not the original $450. At the time I was expecting my car to be complete I received a call from the shop saying the project was about halfway done, and that the install tech was "taking his time because he's a perfectionist". I was informed they would need my car the following day to finish. On Saturday July 28th, at around noon I was called and informed that they would not be able to wrap or even plastidip the grill. This was after the car had been in their possession for my estimate of 9 hours of labor. So it took the tech 9 hours to find out they they wouldn't be able to provide the service I had paid for. Pitiful. The tech told me he would "finish" the job and that I would need to go to a mechanic to have the grill removed and then I could bring it back and he would do me a "favor" and dip it. He said he would wrap the lower valance below the grill and the project would be "complete". When I showed up to pick up the car I was immediately greeted with lousy work on almost every piece of the car they worked on. And the real kicker was, the lower valance piece I was informed would be wrapped was not touched at all. When I asked why it wasn't I was informed they "ran out of vinyl".. convenient excuse. I contacted the shop to speak with the manager, Veronika. Veronika is literally the only good thing about this business, she was an amazing resource through all my concerns. Veronica set up a meeting with the owner, Ahmad, and myself on August 2nd. During the meeting I voiced my frustrations about the job, and my issues with the experience. Ahmad agreed the work wasn't great and Ahmad offered to finish and redo the work and a 30% refund. I reluctantly agreed to Ahmad's proposition as I appreciated his willingness to make it right. We agreed to meet at another shop, Mile High Customs, the next day to get a third party opinion. Mile High Customs, is an amazing shop see my review on them, agreed that there were issues with the work and that redoing portions of it was the best option. I confirmed with Ahmad that I would take him up on his original offer. Ahmad told me he would contact me to schedule the it. On August 10th I decided to follow up with TMR to find out why I hadn't received a call yet, I was informed by Veronika that I would be contacted the following day by Ahmad. The entire weekend passed without a word. So again I reached out on August 13th, a full 10 days since I last spoke with him. I finally heard back and he scheduled me the following week, August 22nd, at Mile High Customs. The next week Mile High Customs completed the work perfectly. So just a quick recap before moving into my final beef with TMR and the real reason I'm writing a review: July 25th - I was quoted $450 for a full chrome delete July 27th - was re quoted $500 and informed it would be a 6 hour job instead of 5 July 28th - picked up my car at 3 pm, job not complete whatsoever, total time at shop 27 hours and I would guess 12 hours of labor. August 2nd - met with Ahmad, agreed on 30% refund and work being finished and fixed August 3rd - met with Mile High Customs to confirm issues with work August 10th - reached out for next steps August 13th - reached out for next steps again, finally scheduled August 22nd August 22nd - job competed by Mile High Customs Here's where ya really lost me Ahmad, if you're reading this. You blew it by not offering me a refund we agreed on. When I reached out after the work was corrected I was informed I either had the choice that you would redo the work OR offer me a 30% refund. This was not the original agreement. $135 is the amount of money that you offered to make things right, for the time, the hassle, the experience. Not only did this process leave my car in a shop for 3 days, we also met during the day twice. This is 5 trips for a project that I was quoted at 5 hours. You have assumed my time is not valuable and for that, you'll notice this review being shared in quite a few places. I have a feeling they will cost you more than $135. Cheers, Ahmad. read more

I would not recommend Tint My Ride for your vehicle wrap needs. My husband found this place online for ceramic tint for both of our new Teslas. We were pleased with the service and result of our tint, so I decided to get my car wrapped...if the work was quality, my husband was going to get his wrapped too. I am currently sitting in the waiting room for the 3rd attempt for them to get my wrap right. The first time, they said it would take 7 days, it took ten. It seems the common theme is "we want to do a good job and not rush it". That's great, but not soon after I picked up my car, the wrap was peeling in several areas (this is within 24 hours). They also forgot to traffic my Tesla emblems. I contacted the shop and brought the vehicle back, as it was very poor workmanship for the entire job. They tried to say heat exposure and other things, but my car had been garaged since I picked it up. They said the particular vinyl they used was super think, and they would order a new roll and redo the whole thing. They had my car an additional weekend to reseal. Several months later, and the wrap is peeling again. Would not recommend using them to wrap your car. Attention to detail and workmanship is not up to par. read more

But please read it's entirety. This place doesn't deserve any stars and my guess is the way they run there business they won't be in business long. Brought my 1967 Chevelle in on 6/5/20 after making a appointment. This was on a Friday. They called and said it was not going to be done until the end of the day that they had "there best technician" working on it. Seems like they tell everyone that(look under there not recommended reviews). Went in picked up and it was dark plus I couldn't roll down windows so it all looked ok to me at the time. I even tipped the guy. The price was a little confusing to me but I got that all figured out with them. The next day I noticed my seal around my back window completed melted. It was all goo and you could see flakes of my melted rubber gasket in my window. Then fast forward to a week almost a week and a half since the car is not my daily driver and I was finally able to roll down the windows. There were gaps all over the place and even bubbles. I was beyond upset. More upset then my windows looking terrible I very upset over the window gasket and even splatter of some sort on my ceiling. I called them and they asked me to bring my car in to take a look. I scheduled for this past Monday at 1pm(a little over 2 weeks after having them tint my windows). I called them on Monday around 12 to let them know I couldn't be there until 1:30 and let me know if that is ok? They said it was fine. I have my wife follow me since I wasn't sure if we were going to have them take off the tint which is what we wanted. It was the worst tint job ever seen and they messed up my car in between doing it that I didn't want them to try to redo it. I also wanted my money back since now I have to go spend money and fix the rubber gasket around my window. We get there and I believe it's the owners father comes out and says Taha left right before we came since he had a family emergency(I can see straight thru him-lies). Then he looks at my car and sees everything I'm showing him but only wants to redo it and not even offering to fix the big problem which is they melted my window gasket!! He keeps going back and fourth inside the shop and only willing to redo the tint work. No thanks! I'm at the point I don't want them a foot from my car. Then my wife notices my frustration she comes out of her car very upset and told him something needs to be done or we are getting a lawyer. That's not worth it or normal but to be fair they messed up my car and trying to do nothing about it. They do not stick to there word and are not capable of doing a decent job. The guy don't know his name maybe Ahmed D?(Tahas dad) comes back out which I have it on recording on my dash cam that he said they are willing to fix the terrible tint job and I need to give them a estimate for my window gasket. We agreed and I left and was working on getting a estimate. Taha D calls me yesterday and leaves a message I call him back today 6/25/20 and he doesn't answer but calls me back and proceeds to tell me that "my call is being recorded and since I told him I was going to hire a lawyer that he can not help me and I'm not welcomed there and he is going to file harassment charges on me". Btw I'm not harassing him I just want him to fix the problem his shop created. They are not willing to work with me or even talk to me like a normal human. Never in my life have I seen a business operate in such manner. I'm now forced to go on a higher level and seek council and cause me time in money over this shop. Got a new SUV and was looking for a place to get it tinted since my previous tint guy never got back to me to tint it. Reached out via Yelp to get a quick quote and spoke to the owner, Taha, who was very punctual with his responses. He was able get me in the same-day and at decent pricing (I got the $175 tint on the front windows). I was there for no more than an hour and the work was nicely done.
