Very professional, did an excellent job of mending a pair of ripped jeans, reinforced the pocket so they should last much longer, ie saved money on not having to buy another pair of jeans called me when the work was finished early which was a big plus she also put a new zipper in my jacket and that came out as good as when I first bought it and she advised how to make the jacket last longer great place to go to for work that will extend the life of your most cherished items read more

Over-priced (quoted $70 to hem one layer of a dress, $40 for the chiffon layer, then $35 to take straps in an inch). I was not in a rush as the event is more than 3 weeks away. My alterations were very basic. I think one of the worst parts is that she continued to have negative things to say about other area stores. She was very proud of being a local favorite. Cool. Great service and results. Mila is nice and her shop is welcoming and convenient in Bellevue. Lots of photos of her more intricate work on the walls. Mila was very nice, but she charged extremely high prices. She quoted me $50 to hem a simple dress (it did have a lining on the inside) and $65 to hem a maxi with no lining, which I thought was ridiculous for simple hemming. I'm used to getting it done for around $20-$25. She also was very wishy-washy about getting the hemming done for my 3 week deadline. She said that wasn't enough time. I called other places in Omaha and every other place quoted me cheaper prices. I ended up going to Diane's Alterations in Papillion, and she did all three of my dresses (double hemming with lining on inside) for $35 or less per dress. She also said she'd have all the pieces ready in ONE WEEK, no problem. Which was amazing. I do not recommend this place because of over-charging and long wait to get your clothes back. read more

Overpriced and unprofessional. I took a pair of pants here and was charged over 60$ just to take in the pants. I refused to pay and told them they could keep the pants! Instead of just accepting the situation they have bad mouthed and gave out my information to multiple people. DO NOT go to this business. Mila is very nice! I was getting married in a week; I brought in my dress to be fitted and within literally 48hrs my dress was ready and properly fitted. $300 rushed alteration to the bodice was a little steep but I loved the way my dress fitted and looked on my wedding day.
