First time, I had to make unexpected additional round trip twice because she didn't do what I requested on appointed date which is totally unacceptable and that was a few months ago. I decided to give her a second chance despite my first bad experience just because she's a Korean as I am. Guess what? Same s*** happened. Yes, my jeans were not ready on time and I wasted my time and gas for nothing again. I even gave her extra two days (my jeans were supposed to be ready on tuesday, but I went to pick up on thursday) and "I was busy" was what I got when I was there to pick up. Frustrating + Speechless. If I got a phonecall from her saying give it a few more days or w/e, so I don't need to drive all the way for nothing, I wouldn't be writing this ugly review here. But, of course no... no phonecall, no nothing. I can't believe she still can run that business with doing that. Never seen this kind of terrible business, never. Price? You can get much better service and quality from other tailors for that price, I bet you. DO NOT do a business with them and just go find another tailor to save your time and money for god's sake.

I hear they are really good at getting stains out but we don't have an issue with spilling things on our carpets so I cannot attest to the stain removal aspect of things...The gentleman was professional and polite and came in a shirt and tie. He was quick and efficient, they said it would take about an hour or so and that's about what it took. The carpets were a tad wetter than they made it sound they would be but they dried mostly by the next morning (they were here at about 3pm) the house smelled fresh and our 4 year old carpets looked new again. We had never had them cleaned even though it should be a yearly event, we were surprised that they were able to make them look new again. We will use again as long as their special pricing offer can be done again. It's totally worth the money.

so sad to leave this review. this place used to be great. they have made some management changes…read moreand this place is horrible. i called about using some artwork that they had of ours for embroidery for special order shirts that i had. the person that does the embroidery came out and looked at shirts. she said no problem. i asked her about the material of the shirts and explained they were very expensive shirts and didnt want to ruin them..she assure me they would be ok..i picked them up, the letter is off centered by over and inch. the chest logo goes into my armpit and the material puckered and looks wrinkled. was told by Vicky Roberts that they should have never done the shirts cause that material doesnt handle any embroidery. they refunded the embroidery but left me with 4 - $90 shirts that are trash...this place will never make it with this new management.
