The staff were all polite and the service was great! They had about half men and half women providing services when I was there. My person was a male and he did great and I was pleased with the result. Pricing is consistent with every other spa I've been to: $40-45 for the better pedicure. Requested Kevin at the recommendation of my sister, and let me tell you, he's so sweet and man knows how to use a nail file!! The soup bowl that you put your fingers in with water gets dumped out and put in a drawer. Who knows why, maybe they reuse it. I don't know. The way the man cut my cuticles was wild, bending my hands all around like a pretzel. My cuticles are in the pic. They look like crap. The owner really wanted a good review, but I'd be lying if I did that. I drove to Clarksville for a volleyball game, thought I'd treat myself to a manicure before the game....i believed the reviews ugh. This place is not for me and not for anyone looking for a clean place to be pampered and who wants to leave with nice cuticles.

They weren't busy when we arrived (only had 3 nail techs present) so we were seated right away. I had the older gentleman, my daughter had a younger girl. Her service was amazing, mine not so much. He cut both my big toes during my pedicure. Twice on the left big toe & once on the right. 6 days later they are still not healed and look awful. I can't wear sandals. I should have stopped him as soon as I noticed his hands were shaking. I just didn't want to make a scene on her birthday. Plus, they started getting busy with just 3 nail techs available. If he doesn't regularly do services but did so because they were short on help, he should have just said so. I would have gladly waited considering the outcome. I'm giving one star because he knew he cut me..he should have at the very least discounted my service or refused my generous tip. So Katie I think they said her name was came over to do the design after she confirmed she could do the design I wanted. She indeed could not do the design I wanted she tried MULTIPLE times. My thing is is if you can't do a design just say that I was more than willing to change the design but after 3 plus times of her filing down the nail to restart my nail is brittle my nails look HORRIBLE. She also tried to reshape them and they are more stiletto than almond the sides of my nails are RAW. And they still made me pay for them I will be disputing it with my bank because I now have to go to another nail salon to get them fixed. I use to come here all the time before they went under new management they were amazing now not so much definitely disappointed I came in for a mani pedi and the water was cold despite saying something 4 times about it my toe nail broke the same day and the way it broke I have no idea how it broke I never stubbed my toes. My feet were so rough still after. The towels were even cold It's like the men they hire don't care. The lady that did my nails was amazing I will also add they changed how they do soak offs and that's something else that really upset me due to the fact they don't wrap your nail with the Cotten and aluminum foil you get a hot towel and you soak your fingers in it with product getting all over your hands. Definitely sad I have to find another place to do my toes they are already lifting and snagging on everything it's not even been 24 hours

The building is pretty small (only 2 pedicure chairs and 2 manicure desks) but it was cozy and comfortable. We got there in the morning so it wasn't busy.

My brows are left neatly groomed, shaped, and even. Renee also provides an excellent facial along with microdermabrasion. The products she uses leave my skin feeling very smooth and supple. I couldn't be happier. My only detractors got this establishment: 1. Parking is limited and sometimes difficult to find. 2. The brow waxing seats are awkward. I always feel like I'm going to slip out of them. Renee is one of the nicest and most attentive esthetician that I've met in a while. I like her professionalism, candor, and attention to detail. The space is extremely small and the products are very limited. There is not much of a selection of clothing inside. Upon walking in, I was not greeted or spoken to. There were three women talking who did not even lift their head until several minutes after I was in the store. Eventually I was greeted and told "Hello. The sale rack is right here." The women returned to her discussion with the other two ladies. I would not recommend this boutique/salon based on selection and customer service. Disappointed!
