So - with a lagging sale on my home, I looked at the 3 companies he provided and sure enough Showhomes had the most upscale and professional looking staging of the 3 my realtor gave me. I also looked at reviews and their reviews were the best. I called for pricing and while they were not the cheapest - I think they were competitive given the fact their staging looked upscale compared to others. I mean it's pointless to spend money on staging unless it looks lovely and shows your home to the best advantage is what I thought. Pratt & Shelley did a great job of staging my house and trying to stay within my budget. Not only was it a lovely job that showed the house to the best advantage, but they communicated clearly and well throughout the process. I had concerns because there were a few pieces of furniture that I left that they used in order to keep costs lower, but when the day came to pick up the furniture, there were no issues at all. They left my furniture in place. They treated the house with care both moving in and out. Thank you so much for a great job.

They said that Rebecca would do a great job and that she did! She was available to meet me the same week I called her and met me at the house I needed to sell. At first I wasn't sure that I wanted to hire a staging company as I wanted to maximize the profit of my home, but after meeting Rebecca she helped me to understand the benefits of having my home staged and how it would increase the likelihood of my home selling for the desired amount and in good time. There were a couple trickier rooms that would need someone with a good design eye to have the rooms beauty come through as intended. She knew which rooms would need to be staged and which ones didn't need to be. I gave her space to stage the home as she saw fit, as she is the expert, and I'm so glad at how everything turned out. She was kind, attentive and talented and our home sold in days. We will definitely be using her for future homes we intend on selling into the Houston area. Highly highly recommend.
