The day of my appointment I was running behind because I was stopped by a train. I did call and she was very understanding. I arrived 2 mins after my appointment. I was asked to have a seat in the waiting room and the ambiance was amazing. It was very calming and relaxing. I was then place in a room and asked to get undressed. The room was even more calm. Charlene was very gentle, she explained everything that she was doing, she understood of my condition and worked with it and she had conversation to learn more about me.
