The manager, Luis initially acknowledged the issue and told me they would cover the cost, but later reversed his decision and refused to take responsibility, claiming the item was "old." Businesses should stand by their word and follow-through on what they said they would do to resolve the situation. I have been a customer for 15 years and the manager has the audacity to tell me that I didn't spend a lot of money during the time I was a customer. So what - would I have been treated differently if he felt like I spent more?!?!?! To make matters worse, the final bill was double the price I was originally quoted, with no clear explanation and the repair wasn't even done correctly!! The cost to dry-clean this ONE item of clothing was $57, so with repair costs, this final bill was over $117!! The lack of accountability and transparency was truly upsetting.
