I kept calling and calling, and asking for referals- finally got Jacy. Him and his partner came out immediately- and within an hour and a half, found my issue, fixed it, billed me, shook hands and it was done. And I was there the whole time trying to learn and see what was happening- and I got to say, they were not milking the clock. They were inside and outside, sweating, turning the breaker on and off- looking at the blueprints etc. They earned every dollar.

I called a couple days ago to make an appointment, and the woman on the phone corrected that price. It is actually $95 per hour if you do not purchase the dashcam from Audio Visions. She was polite and it seemed like an honest mistake, no big deal. She also told me over the phone to go ahead and bring my car and camera to the store, because they would be happy to take a quick look and determine if the employees knew how to install it, and we would go from there. I thought it was good customer service that they were willing to look at the camera before I committed to a formal appointment and payment. I told her I would come Thursday just after 2 pm and she confirmed the time. So, I went into the store today, and told the employee at the desk I was there for them to look at my dashcam. She told me to come back next week because there was not an opening today. They did not seem willing to look at the camera like I was told over the phone. I don't think they were expecting me at all, even though we had previously agreed upon the date and time. I am frustrated because I have been told something different all three times I spoke to an employee. $95 isn't much, but I will take it elsewhere. TL;DR: Problems with communication.
