They are very responsive, true to their word, when they tell you that they are going to do something, it was done, the first time the right way. We settled on a price which I believe was fair, it wasn't the cheapest quote that I got, but Jon and Orville made me feel more comfortable going with BS&T as you could tell from the questions they ask and comments they made that they knew what they were doing. We scheduled a date to have the work down and they met that date even with the add-ons that I did. Jon's crew is very professional, artistic and thorough in the work that they do. They are respectful, friendly and a joy to work with. I have a 118 pound dog who thinks he is the site supervisor, has to have his nose in the middle of everything, often playful and in the way, yet they were very patient and respectful of my dog. This alone goes a long way to demonstrate the kind of patience and respect they have for their clients. The end product was FAR above my dreams of what I had envisioned. It looks amazing, very professionally done, looks great and Orville and crews attention to detail is impeccable, they even cleaned up my yard of messes they didn't make. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. If you want a job done and done right they will exceed your expectations.

On top of that, their pricing was very fair for the quality and detail of the work. I've gotten quotes before, and you can tell when a company is just throwing down concrete versus actually prepping the site, reinforcing properly, and finishing it right. These guys clearly know their craft, and it shows in the end result. I'd definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done right.
