For the past year, we have called for them to come and fix them-either they gave a day they would show up and didn't or they claimed they went by but no one was there, which is false. Either way, the problems were not fixed and now we are having to replace a brand new roof with another company because, once again, Triple E said they would come out to take a look at our roof after the major hail storm and never showed up!! The communication and customer service is horrible. Even when we actually went to the office to speak to someone in person, either the manager was not there or she was very rude.

All of them presented as professional and courteous. But Danny from AFR was different. Each of the other 4 contractors provided me with an estimate to remove and replace our home's roof, but Danny offered a solution. He began by explaining different roofing techniques and showing me various materials. Then being a 3rd generation roofer he came up with a plan best suited for our application. The other roofers simply wanted to shingle over what was already in place. Danny opted to install a roof that had the potential to both insulate and reduce costs. He decided to place shingles on the pitched section of the roof and foam on the flat sections. To me that sounded like a unique way to beat the summer time heat here in Arizona. Now don't get me wrong, this option came at a premium but I am optimistic that once I have the opportunity to compare electrical usage data between this year and last, I am confident I am going to see a difference. And to anyone living through the Arizona summers, any cost savings in electricity is most welcome. I also want to take this opportunity to thank his office manager Tabytha, the site foreman Glen, and the two work crews that did the actual work. All of these folks working together helped the entire job go smoothly. Estrella made it easy. The price was fair, they got us on the schedule quickly, and they showed up when they said they would. The men who did our roof wwere Hugo and Ruben, who arrived on time and presented well, dressed in clean Tru Built shirts. They were polite and, most importantly, they did a solid, good job. It was evident they cared about the quality of work they did, like craftsmen. About 11 weeks later, we had a home inspector (on an unrelated matter), who inspected the roof and determined it was all good, save for a tiny 3" spot where a small bit of shingle was not entirely adhered to the patio roof. We called Weston and he was here right away. He then sent a man, Cale, to repair it. What impressed us was that this worker took time to re-inspect all the tiles to be SURE all was done as correctly as possible. Also, some companies are nice when they want your business, but then ignore customers who later need help. TruBuilt is not like that. They are helpful and friendly all the way through.
