When all was said and done there were issues with the finished job. For the past year, we have called for them to come and fix them-either they gave a day they would show up and didn't or they claimed they went by but no one was there, which is false. Either way, the problems were not fixed and now we are having to replace a brand new roof with another company because, once again, Triple E said they would come out to take a look at our roof after the major hail storm and never showed up!! The communication and customer service is horrible. Even when we actually went to the office to speak to someone in person, either the manager was not there or she was very rude.

All of them presented as professional and courteous. But Danny from AFR was different. Each of the other 4 contractors provided me with an estimate to remove and replace our home's roof, but Danny offered a solution. He began by explaining different roofing techniques and showing me various materials. Then being a 3rd generation roofer he came up with a plan best suited for our application. The other roofers simply wanted to shingle over what was already in place. Danny opted to install a roof that had the potential to both insulate and reduce costs. He decided to place shingles on the pitched section of the roof and foam on the flat sections. To me that sounded like a unique way to beat the summer time heat here in Arizona. Now don't get me wrong, this option came at a premium but I am optimistic that once I have the opportunity to compare electrical usage data between this year and last, I am confident I am going to see a difference. And to anyone living through the Arizona summers, any cost savings in electricity is most welcome. I also want to take this opportunity to thank his office manager Tabytha, the site foreman Glen, and the two work crews that did the actual work. All of these folks working together helped the entire job go smoothly. Estrella made it easy. The price was fair, they got us on the schedule quickly, and they showed up when they said they would. The crew kept the area clean and neat, were careful and respectful around the house, and they did excellent work. They removed and repaired the deteriorated areas of the walk deck, improved the drainage, and finished everything off with a really nice PliDek surface that looks great and should last many years.
