We were given excuses that they were busy with another major project, but halfway through they were calling us for the balance of the bill. We informed them we would pay when they finished their job. When all was said and done there were issues with the finished job. For the past year, we have called for them to come and fix them-either they gave a day they would show up and didn't or they claimed they went by but no one was there, which is false. Either way, the problems were not fixed and now we are having to replace a brand new roof with another company because, once again, Triple E said they would come out to take a look at our roof after the major hail storm and never showed up!! The communication and customer service is horrible. Even when we actually went to the office to speak to someone in person, either the manager was not there or she was very rude.

The men who did our roof wwere Hugo and Ruben, who arrived on time and presented well, dressed in clean Tru Built shirts. They were polite and, most importantly, they did a solid, good job. It was evident they cared about the quality of work they did, like craftsmen. About 11 weeks later, we had a home inspector (on an unrelated matter), who inspected the roof and determined it was all good, save for a tiny 3" spot where a small bit of shingle was not entirely adhered to the patio roof. We called Weston and he was here right away. He then sent a man, Cale, to repair it. What impressed us was that this worker took time to re-inspect all the tiles to be SURE all was done as correctly as possible.
