Matt the owner told me that once I signed up I'm locked in and that canceling would cost me $500 cancelation fee. so I said I guess I'll just stick with you. I can't afford $500. it's been a week now and I haven't heard back from them. Noone answers the phone at the office. I've tried going down there and just end up getting the run around from the office girls. whatever you do stay as far from this company as you can.

We were given excuses that they were busy with another major project, but halfway through they were calling us for the balance of the bill. We informed them we would pay when they finished their job. When all was said and done there were issues with the finished job. For the past year, we have called for them to come and fix them-either they gave a day they would show up and didn't or they claimed they went by but no one was there, which is false. Either way, the problems were not fixed and now we are having to replace a brand new roof with another company because, once again, Triple E said they would come out to take a look at our roof after the major hail storm and never showed up!! The communication and customer service is horrible. Even when we actually went to the office to speak to someone in person, either the manager was not there or she was very rude.
