Great experience! Highly recommended!…read more I came to Yelp to get quotes for the Springtime turning on of my sprinkler system. Ted from Xtreme was one of the respondents. He quoted me a reasonable price and could accommodate me soon. Sam came to do the job. We put new batteries in the timer. But it didn't seem to be working properly. Sam said that not only was it not working properly, but that it wasn't an outdoor clock. Said we should replace it. Of course I was stressed at something not working and really stressed at the thought of what it would cost to replace. Sam looked at a price list from his supplier and said that a clock for 2 zones was only $125. Ok, not terrible. But how many hundreds and hundreds was the installation going to cost? He said "I came to get your system going for the season. I have to do whatever it takes to do that. There's no extra fee for that." I thought that I couldn't passably be hearing correctly. No extra cost? He and his assistant went and got the new timer and came back. But he said he wanted to mount it inside rather than where the old one was, outside my house. He didn't have a drill long enough to go through the wall to run the wire from the sprinkler system to the timer. So, came back after the weekend and did it. I did have to pay for the new timer and another small part that had burned out. But as far as labor, not a penny more than the original price to turn on the system! That is unheard-of these days! I'm so happy to have a new, reliable service and happy to recommend them.

Rosario was a dishonest charlatan. Came in with a nice…read moresmile, but was there to take advantage of me. I told him directly not to take a vine out and he did. He said he'd put soil under the sod, but didn't, and told me it would take a week, then in 2.5 days wanted an outrageous amount for the work. He didn't know how to do a budget estimate and when I did one for the materials and labor, I realized he was trying to charge me at a top lawyer rate hourly. He told me that the shrubs he was putting in were $250 each. I took a picture of them at $99 each at Home Depot. I asked what nursery he bought them, but he would tell me. Beware of the cute guy, who smiles sweetly at you and then plans to scam you. Beware!

Great job, fair price, hard worker. Nick came over and spent…read morea lot of time with me deciding the perfect placement of the trees he was going to plant.
