The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.

Although Mesa has a disposal service beginning at $31, they would not have been able to take the refuse I had. It weighed too much, too bulky, etc. Also, I didn't want to wait for the yearly Mesa free disposal dumpsters to arrive probably not until May or June. Renting a trailer was out, because by the time I rent the trailer and dispose of the refuse myself, I'd be paying the same amount if not more than I paid for service yesterday. There would've been fees due to the pool. Finally, I have a large landscaping project that will begin soon, and I just wanted to get the crap out of there. Plenty of junk removal services out there with good reviews. I checked out a few, read the reviews, and went for best junk removal. I like their truck. Charge was 350, but there was quite a volume of material and a lot of junk. It was worth it. They were very conscientious about making sure they only took what I wanted them to. Fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them again, if I have more junk to get rid of in the future. I guess they also do some demolition such as removing sheds and some structures. Our initial call was to Customer Service. Their procedures were clearly explained and, based on our list unwanted items, an initial estimate was given. A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate.
