Amazing - the staff were friendly, the beer was great (and not overpriced at all), and you have…read moresuch a wide variety of food to pick from! We went thinking we'd need an entire meal, and the portion size of the apps were insane. We left without even finishing both of the appetizers. The place was clean, modern, and gave a cool "cave-like" vibe with the stone. Overall great experience and we'll definitely be going back to experiment with the rest of the menu.

The brewpub is open Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Friday and Saturday until 11:00 PM, and Sunday until 9:00 PM. My friend and I stopped in for the first time early Thursday evening. The space has a relaxed, modern vibe, and aside from a few people at the bar, we had the place to ourselves. We started with the wings, which are beer-brined for 24 hours. Hot and tender, coated in a tasty BBQ sauce, they were enjoyable, but could have used a bit more crisp. Next were the chicken nachos, made with corn tortilla chips topped with beer cheese fondue, chipotle aioli, mango pico de gallo, hibiscus pickled onion, and micro cilantro. The ingredients were fresh, well-proportioned, and evenly distributed. This is exactly how nachos should be done. For my main, I went with the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Sandwich, crispy chicken topped with hot honey, buttermilk ranch, and dill pickles. My friend went with the Vault Burger, cooked to a perfect medium and topped with caramelized onions, Vault sauce, dill pickles, cooper sharp, lettuce, and tomato. All handhelds come with a salad, but we upgraded to fries, which arrived fresh out the fryer. Everything we tried was solid, the service was on point, and there are plenty of dishes I still want to try. I'll be back.

We moved here four months ago and walk past this place all the time in the market. Every time we…read moresay "we have to try it soon". Well, we finally did just that. And WOW. I could eat this all day. We went with the Fried Chicken Noodles & subbed the Jalapeño for Pickled Onions. I challenged myself to eat with only chopsticks (which was kinda successful, my shirt has stains in it now). A great bite if you're walking through the Easton Public Market. Quick and easy, but don't wear your best shirt because it gets messy!

The food is good here and I think the portions should be a little bit bigger for their prices. The lady handed me it and said have a good day, so I assumed it was already paid for. I walked out because I was already in a rush, which is why I called ahead, so I didn't really have time to think about it or question anything. I put in another to-go order today for two items this time, and the lady on the phone was saying I was going to have to pay for all 3 items even though it was on their end and one of the employee's mistakes. I can understand me paying for it since I ordered it, but before I left to pick up the food, the lady said it was okay and that she spoke with the manager, who said, "You don't have to pay for it this time, but if something were to happen like that again, you would have to pay over the phone." I said that was understandable and that I would do that. Now when I get there, she is saying, "I did speak to my manager again about everything and she is saying you have to pay for all 3." I didn't want to argue or deal with it anymore after I said it should be a policy thing where the employee either has to pay for it or it just gets voided because in restaurants and businesses like that, they usually get the card information first or the food gets paid for before it can be handed off to the customer. Because of this inconvenience, I will not be going here anymore. I also recommend lowering the prices a bit for how small the portions are.
