Decent car wash. The unlimited packages offer reasonable savings and you get to skip the line a bit with a dedicated entry lane. There really is no limit to the unlimited packages since you can go through the wash multiple times per day if that tickles your fancy. The vacuums are $2 for 8 minutes even if you get an unlimited package. read more

Honestly, my car came out looking not much better than when it went in. I do not feel like the car wash system here offers a great clean. I also find it wildly insane that you have to pay to use the vacuums after you pay for an $11 mediocre car wash The staff here though was wonderful. read more

Worst Mikes Car Wash I've Been too. The Vacuums did not work. Customer service was bad also. The manager had an attitude as if I bothered her. She didn't help with issue all she said was this is the most power it gives. As a customer you pay your money for $2 vacuum to not work & no Solution from the Manager. Definitely was not satisfied will not be returning! read more

Mike's Carwash - Non working Vacuums! - Car Wash Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

One of the worst car wash experiences I've ever had. As with most car washes with the Brushes unless cleaned and replaced regularly you will receive micro scratches and paint swirls. I would spend more money and get your car professionally detailed at a local business. I've also seen many reviews saying that they ripped off license plates and other various items on cars. So make sure before you go through the car wash that you have a car thats a tank pretty much. I've taken my beater through various other car washes similar and never had problems until I came to mikes. Additionally, my friend has been through many car washes like this with his work truck and never had any issues until miles. The car wash on fields Ertel ripped off his third brake light and cost him upwards of $250. Beware of mikes read more

I'm new to the area just moved here from California where everything seems to be more expensive except the car washes. The team members were wonderful 10 out of 10 on service from them. However, the amount this place charges for a car wash to not have drying rags or free vacuums is wild. Unfortunately, not knowing this, I prepaid for 6 washes. Once those are out, I will not be returning. read more

Good staff, quick and prompt , and price is worth it IF it's clean .... I went to get it cleaned with a ultimate wash and I clearly had bird poop on the roof and dirt on mirror area . Had to do minor touch ups after to clean it but if I knew it would happen I would've not spent my money to get it clean there while I could've done it right the first time . read more

Actually, less than one star this place has gone to hell ever since they opened up the unlimited line... It's supposed to be a benefit, but all they ever do is close it when they have too many cars... It's a benefit. I'm not sure if you all need to look this word up, but that's what it means. I have been a member of your unlimited program for eight years but after the last two days where you just shut it down because you're too busy and it becomes a non-benefit I'll be going to another car wash read more

Time to wash the car!! I love the simplicity, efficiency, and speed of this service. The employees are always happy to see you. They always say thank you. Often when my youngest daughter is in the car they draw a cool smiley face for her. Mike's Carwash - Cookie Monster is still my favorite!! - Car Wash Near Me - Cincinnati, Ohio

I bought a carwash at Speedway and then went, "uhhhh, where's the carwash?" Well, it's across and down the street, at this place. I think you get $1 off doing it that way- I paid $8 for a basic wash. Pull up, and an attendant takes your code, soaps markings on your windows indicating what needs done, and you pull up. Another worker presoaks your car. The wash itself is fully automated, and very nice: the car looked excellent afterwards. You can, I assume, get detailing, etc. There are definitely a lot of employees around, more than they need to run an automated carwash tunnel. Fast, reasonably priced, and good quality. read more

Mike's Car Wash on Fields Ertel can see what negative posts can do for their image... so upset with them right now. I went there a few days ago to wash my car in the self service bay. When I got to the Spot Free Rinse, it wasn't working right, so I called an employee over to show him the problem. He offered that next time I come I could get free bay time or a basic wash. I was skeptical, so I asked him how would the person know to give me either next time I come? Mind you I had already washed my car for 15 minutes in the bay, and the lines for the regular drive thru wash alk lanes were full and spilling out to Fields Ertel. Which is why I asked about coming back another day. He said tell them his name and what happened, or ask for a manager. So today I go there to get a wash, because of course it has been raining everyday for how many days this past week. I tell the worker that I was offered a free basic wash next time I come because of what happened the last time. The worker who had offered me the wash was actually in the other lane, so I told the guy that was him. The employee who offered previously at first acted like he didn't know what I was talking about (even though I knew his name). He then called a manager, who then told him to deny me. The excuse was that he offered the resolution for the same day I had the problem. Now why would I wash my car again on the same day that I had already just washed it?? I was at the front of the line of course when this happened, so they just denied a free simple wash, and made me have to cut over to exit. I guess good customer service is something you can't find nowadays, especially at Mike's Car Wash on Fields Ertel. read more

I recently moved and my go-to car wash place unfortunately closed recently, so I decided to check this place out since they always have a ton of customers. For how long the line was, they really moved through people quickly! The car washes are a little on the pricy side for an individual wash, but it is quite thorough and they have a good range of services (including an undercarriage wash for when it is salty). If you're going to get your car wash twice a month or more, I would just go ahead and get the monthly pass so that it is a better value. I also really enjoyed that they had vacuums available to "rent" for a little bit and the price wasn't bad at all and it makes a huge difference. It is only a dollar for 5 minute rental which was enough to clean my car interior after I spilled a ton of dirt in it on accident. Overall, it is popular for a reason and it is a great place to get your car washed. read more

Quick and easy service super friendly people ! Car looked amazing after ! Definitely will be going here more often!

One thing I love about this car wash is that it is super convenient. It is right off of the exit ramp of 71 and located in the heart of Fields Ertrl. If you are like me, spending the time washing my car is not high on my list, but keeping it clean by running it through a car wash is fast and easy. If you were not a huge fan of pain someone else to wash your car, it is actually not as expensive as you may think. You can often get specials, as they run promotions when the Reds or the Bengals win. Especially during the holidays, you can buy a book of carwashes that includes a couple car washes free. For example, the basic car wash is nine dollars a wash. If you buy a book of carwashes you can get six car washes for the price of $36. Due to the Bengals winning on Sunday, you could also get the ultimate car wash-the best they have-for $14 instead of $20. Keep an eye out, for they always seem to be offering a deal. I will definitely be trusting Mike's car wash to wash my car!! read more

They have early bird deals so you can save some $$ - who doesn't like that? Holla!! So that is when I would go. The regular prices are a little high for a basic wash and dry. (Watch for deals on Groupon - sweet!) The thing is you don't have to get out of your car to wash it in the brutal winter, so I would pay a little more during the winter to have them take care of it. They staff here is friendly enough and they seem to move the lines along very quickly. They alternate the lanes and keep a good flow going with no problems. I would just keep a towel or two in your trunk just for touch ups after you get the "dry" in case you want to go over the car yourself so you definitely do not have any spots. read more

The Fields Ertel location has a polite, efficient staff. The issue remains that my car has yet to come out of their cleaning tunnel completely clean. Always have water spots and soap residue on my windows. I have used their services off and on (monthly) for 3 years, and the issue has not improved. If my HOA will allow it, I will start washing my car at home and forego Mike's. read more

After moving into town my husband and I have been looking for a good car wash place. After all the crazy snow in December and January we finally couldn't hold off on washing the thick layer of salt from our car. And every time we drove past Mike's there was always a huge line so we figured we would give it a try. But we were really disappointed... This car wash location is really no different than any other drive through car wash attached to the back of a gas station minus the fact that it costs way more ($8, $12, $15, $17 packages) Don't be tricked by the person who barely brushes soap onto the back of the car when you first enter into the car wash because everything else in the car wash is machine operated. I've been to other car washes where for $17 you get your car washed like at mikes and then hand dried so that there are absolutely no watermarks and vacuumed, not just a self-serve drying station like at mikes. Do yourself a favor and go to a cheaper car wash because you'll probably get the same results that you did here for much less. Still looking for a good car wash place that hand dries for under $20. Let me know if you know of one in Cincy! read more

Upon arrival it was difficult to maneuver into the entrance, seems to be designed for smaller vehicles. Staff greeted us with a red carpet and a bouquet of roses. Blasted window with some white stuff that dripped in a "swimmer type fashion, followed by algae soap. While being attacked by an octopus we got more soap. After a small rinse we were blown dry by the slightest breeze kissed by Poseidon. All around a good experience read more

Took my brand new truck through their car wash, resulted in scratches all down both sides of the truck. Mikes refused to take owner ship and wanted me to have a manager inspect the truck. I went down to have him inspect it and he wanted to run it through the wash again so he could look at it clean and dry. I did and now I have a damaged headlamp with a deep scratch and more of them saying it's not the car washes fault. I will never again take my vehicle to their wash. read more

I needed a carwash and was driving by. I usually go to a different place, but my car was in dire need of one! I loved the friendly greetings and service. Also, when I asked the attendant to pre-soap the area under my spoiler in the back (I drive a Prius), he was nice and totally understood. Okay, I had not had to put the car in neutral in forever, so I couldn't remember how. The next attendant who waves you forward into the guiding rails was extremely patient. I think this had happened a number of times before with other drivers. He was happy to calmly explain how to do it and did not embarrass me in the least :o) I will go back. Just wish they would also vacuum my car too.... read more

Mike's is one of the better drive through car washes around, but their prices are also a little inflated considering the quality of the wash. I have found that you can get the same wash from a gas station car wash, which is going to be cheaper than even the most basic wash at Mike's. With that being said, I have been to Mike's a number of times and I have left satisfied...mostly because I had several Groupons which made their prices unbeatable. read more

Updating my previous review and bumping up to 5 stars! I've loved Mike's carwash since first using them in the Indianapolis area. I'm so glad to be able to use another one, since they are so consistent and do such a great job. I'm sure the job can't be all that pleasant when it's 10 degrees out, but you'd never know it from the smiling helpful faces that i'm always greeted with. I like a clean car, and coming here will guarantee a good job every time. I like it so much that I purchased an unlimited pass, which if you are obsessive about a clean car, is a seriously great value. This is the only place i've ever been that has such great dryers, this place is the business, they get it done! Management/Ownership, PLEASE open locations in Columbus!!! I live in Columbus and work in Mason. I wish we had something this good at home, you'd get the business like crazy where I live in Pickerington. read more

Who would have thought going through a Carwash would be such a positive experience? I had pine sap on my car and nothing was getting it off so I went to Mike's on Glenway. After going through once, the young man suggested I go again to really get off the sap. He also voluntarily fixed a loose hubcap. The girl at the checkin couldn't have been nicer and my car has never been cleaner! read more

Pricey for an automated wash that still leaves my car streaked and not completely clean. The biggest issue I have is that half the time there is an issue on the line. My car has come off the rails at least twice. They rush people through because the line is so long and sometimes put cars too close together. I actually get anxious now when I go because I never know what's going to happen. Stopped using them for washes because of that. Plus, for $5 I can get a better exterior wash and interior cleaning down the street. read more

I have come here several times and so has my husband...but I believe today's visit will be our last. As usual, I purchased the $20 ultimate wash and unfortunately was, again, disappointed with the result. When you pick the most expensive wash you don't expect to see residue left from the bubbles, water marks and dirt and grime that looks like it was never touched. I have had a basic wash for $7-10 at other car washes and seen better/comparable results so I think in the future I'd prefer to not throw $20 away. Not to mention, the customer service seems to decline with each visit. Lesson learned I suppose but a bummer because the location is convenient. read more

I'm not sure what has happened to this franchise because they used to be so friendly and helpful and now they are borderline rude. There's minimal guidance as far as lining your car up on the tracks. And then there's minimal effort to actually hose down the front of your car before you start the cleaning process. Lastly they just about caused an accident with me because they didn't guide me correctly and told me reverse. To top it off - manager and the young employee were both snarky and rude. Hoping someone comes along and creates some competition for this company. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else from now on. read more
