It's just seriously unsafe! They need to be taught or trained to handle themselves in violent situations so that they're not risking someone getting hurt. Other then that, prices are fantastic! I have silver-white hair that I let grow out during the pandemic and I am in my early 50s. I went through to the drive-up window as I usually do to pick up my mom's prescriptions. The interactions have always been fine and the staff there have been nice. when I went to the drive-thru window, this lady with dark hair and glasses possibly in her 30s or possibly even early 40s waited on me. I could tell right away she seemed stressed like she didn't want to be there and she wasn't nice when I asked for my mom's prescription. As she was helping me her voice became lower and she mumbled the directions. I couldn't hear her and leaned in towards their glass window outside my car window telling her I couldn't hear her. I was not rude at all during the entire interaction. I worked customer service for years when I was younger from Radio Shack, to a pizza shop, to waitressing. So I try to be extra nice to anyone who waits on me because I know how difficult the public can be sometimes. She then repeated what she said before and literally screamed it at me. She could have just raised her voice and repeated what she said, but she screamed it at me. She was telling me to give me to sign a receipt through the slot. I went into shock because I have never been treated like that by anyone in customer service before. She glared at me as she screamed and was rude and dismissive as I left. I thanked her stupidly and was shocked not quite knowing how to handle it. I should have said something back with the way she was, but felt it would have only escalated the situation. I am giving this review because if she treated me that way, how is she treating actual seniors? That is pure and simple abuse and I am going to contact Walgreen's corporate and also possibly the BBB to also make a complaint. Seniors should not be treated that way or really anyone for that matter. This woman should not be working with the public.

On the way there at State Route 49 and State Rote 20 ( @ the turnpike) it was 2.19. Get with it Bryan!!!
