My son just left this place! He is graduating tomorrow so he needed a haircut. He didn't want to go anywhere else because he had been here several times before since it is across the street from his school. He waited 3 hours before getting a haircut! He wanted the Hispanic male barber to cut his hair and the barber knew it because after waiting an hour or so someone asked him who he wanted to cut his hair. The barber he wanted didn't even acknowledge him, he just kept letting people go before my son! My son was really excited about having that barber cut his hair. A customer spoke up for my son because he saw what was happening and someone else ended up cutting his hair! Mike you need to get friendly barbers or your business will not succeed! You have the wrong people on your team! They are lazy and unprofessional! read more

That's crazy for a men's haircut that I need every 7-10 days. I'm only 36 years old and grew up paying the best barber in town $5 for a cut before tip. I get that inflation has happened in 25 years but not from $5 to $60! Sophia spent the majority of her time on my head, not beard. Was maybe 10 mins on beard, 35 mins on hair. So it makes zero sense that the beard should be $30. I'd like to be back but not for this price.
