They expect me to try my luck with a walk in or call every morning to check for same day availability - at $1300+ membership this is pathetic to say the least. Since this is impractical, I asked to instead just cancel my membership and provide a pro-rated refund but they chose to instead "cancel" and keep the end date as the same as original - which isn't actually a cancellation at all - it's just a hogwash. The branch manager says it's corporate policy and points to contractual clauses - within the first 60 seconds of a conversation. Great going! Best way to lose loyal clients.
