Each time, Corey has been responsive to assess the damages and make repairs. A couple of months back, we had a severe hailstorm. This time Corey came out and advised us that damage was much more extensive. As a result, we elected to file an insurance claim. We have been fortunate in working with Corey over the years. He checks the box for every important item. First, you really need someone local that has a quality reputation. Avoid the storm-chasers at all cost. They want a commission and then sub out the work to make-shift crews that come and go. Secondly, you want knowledge and comfort in quality material and workmanship. Corey, brings high integrity as he consults you through material choices and selections. The focus was on high value at a reasonable cost to protect your investment. Lastly, you want someone with strength in communications skills to work on your behalf through the insurance claim process. Things like city code, advances in construction approaches, durability and safety changed since we had our original roof installed over 15 years ago. To be blunt, the Insurance Company typically does not really care about these things in an effort to hold down cost. Corey is well established in the community and has relationships with the insurance companies. He worked directly with our adjuster on the initial damage assessment and was an advocate throughout the process. Our home is just under 6K square feet in an open area. The damages incurred were extensive to roof, gutters, chimney etc. Corey effectively provides a general management role to coordinate a timely completion of all elements. As for the job itself, Corey provides liability protection and insurance documentation to support it.
