I asked why and the doctor said for decay and root canals! Dr.Tran has has an unprofessional temper she can't control, said she can't see the kids anymore if she doesn't have the X-rays .. I'm sure she really needs the business that badly. She should learn to listen and respect her patients and forget about trying to make money out of them.

Well done Brandon, and what a pleasure getting to know Heather, Sheila and lovely Erin on the front desk. So caring, warm and efficient. I had a couple of minor teeth issues which I knew about. B. spotted one immediately. I was able to explain the difficulty with a back tooth. On investigation he knew exactly what needed doing to stop the discomfort. His job, of course, but it was such a relief to find someone who wanted to progress to next steps for improvement. I'm looking to getting the work done. The office itself is light, airy, very attractively put together...and the music, for a change, is not overbearing. The view I had from the treatment window towards hills was stunning. I saw 3 beautiful eagles swooping around each other in the near distance. They also have some impressive equipment making X-rays straightforward and accurate. For the first time ever I felt no pain when having the water treatment for spraying my teeth post cleaning. Heather used some WARM water: NO DISCOMFORT. An unknown for me. Another plus in my books. He practiced brushing the lion's teeth and then got his teeth brushed. It was nice for him to have the visual of the lions teeth before and the doctor looking in the lions mouth first before his mouth. The doctor was great and patient. My husband came in late and the doctor re-explained everything to him (I was not expecting this at all!). They sent a card in the mail which was a cute touch afterwards. The child gets to pick a toy from the treasure box when they are finished. Office is SO clean and staff is friendly. I found them at the RMV farmers market and I am so glad that I made an appointment. It is important to practice & familiarize kids with going to the dentist and the staff was soooo good about this. They knew two months before my appt, yet they waited until exactly 24 hrs. before my appt. to tell me about the change. They even sent me a text message appt reminder and I had also called to confirm prior. After speaking to other dental offices they all confirmed a 30 day notification was customary when insurance changes. I received none of these. Decent care or not, this is a testament to how they "value" their clients which clearly speaks for itself. I am not the only one this happened to. Beware!

My daughter has fairly significant needs (medical and developmental, she is 12 years old and non verbal). She has previously had to have cleanings done under full anesthesia (at a hospital, due to her medical needs) due to having difficulty finding an office that could accommodate her needs. I picked Dr. Wilson due to her affiliation with our insurance and because she has privileges at CHOC (in case my daughter needs anything done under anesthesia). She had us come in for a consultation to understand my daughter's needs and discuss what was needed to get her taken care of. Then she had us come back for the cleaning on a different day at a time when there were no other patients so it would be quiet and less overwhelming. She had a papoose to help my daughter stay still and safe during her cleaning, and was able to get what was needed done quickly and effectively. No need for anesthesia for a simple cleaning!! I'm very appreciative of the kindness, compassion, and individualized approach to care that Dr. Wilson and her office staff showed. Special appreciation for Mimi who went above and beyond in coordinating insurance issues and helping ensure my daughter was able to get the care she needed. Thank you!!

I called 15 different dentists after searching via google for an emergency pediatric dentist in the local surrounding area that claim to have emergency services, "if you have an emergency please call this number..." Not one dentist answered my call other than DR. ERIC JOHNSON. I even left messages and no-one called me back. Dr. Johnson gave us very calm and immediate advice and recommendations as to what to do and not to do. He was AMAZING!!!!!!! And was willing to go to his office to care for our injured player. DR. ERIC JOHNSON FOR THE WIN!!!! Because he claims to have after hour emergency services and actually answers his phone. After leaving messages for 14 other dentists, not open office called me back but Dr. Johnson! Thank you for being genuinely caring!

The office is aesthetically beautiful--very contemporary with state-of-the-art equipment and meticulously maintained. What truly stands out (in addition to the doctor) are the people. The staff is a very warm, professional group who genuinely care about making you feel good about being there. Dr. Johnson is terrific with a delightful personality. He combines his outstanding top-tier diagnostic and clinical skills with a very kind and caring chair-side manner. The doctor(s) and the staff are clearly invested in their patients' well-being. Dr. Mogavero seemed more focused on speeding through the treatment and getting me out quickly rather than ensuring proper results. During the final step of my alignment treatment, he assured me that any remaining teeth movement would occur with the retainers and told me not to worry. However, when the retainers arrived and did not facilitate any further movement, I reiterated my concerns. He dismissed me with, "Have a good year."
