Dr. John has treated all five of my children, and I truly feel that he is an honest and trustworthy doctor. There have been many times when I brought one of my kids in thinking they would need braces, only for him to tell me that treatment wasn't needed yet--or that we should wait another six months and see how things develop. I really appreciate that he always seems to have what is best for each individual child in mind and never makes me feel like he is pushing treatment that isn't necessary. Each of my kids has had a slightly different orthodontic journey. One needed an expander, while the others have not, which has really reinforced for me that this is not an office where they try to sell the same treatment to every child. Everything is very individualized based on what each child actually needs. On top of that, it is easy to make appointments, the hygienists are always super friendly, and the office staff is wonderful and easy to work with. With five kids, I really appreciate having an orthodontist I can trust! Highly recommend Dr. John and his entire office!! read more

Both of our children have worked with Dr. Redmond and his wonderful team to see them through their orthodontic needs. I can't recommend them enough. From start to finish this business has it down. The appointments are efficient, the staff is wonderfully flexible, and Dr. Redmond does a great job making the kids feel comfortable. It has been a pleasure working with them! read more

I can't recommend Dr John Redmond enough! The customer service is outstanding, and the entire staff is always so kind, friendly, and welcoming. The office is spotless and very well maintained, which makes every visit comfortable. What my wife and I appreciate most is how accommodating they are whenever my kids have an orthodontic emergency. They always find a way to get us in quickly and take great care of them. It's clear that they truly care about their patients. If you're looking for an orthodontist with an amazing team and exceptional service, this is the place to go! read more

Exceptional care and staff. After 5 expensive years in braces with a different orthodontist, my son's teeth looked pretty good but after a very short time his jaw grew, his teeth moved and he suddenly had a noticeable underbite which really changed his face. We were told he would need a major jaw surgery to correct it. We didn't want to go that route at least until my son was done playing his college sport. Dr Redmond was able to make a dramatic improvement to his appearance using aligners. Extremely grateful for the professionalism and care he received. Out only regret is that we didnt go to Dr. Redmond when he first got braces. read more
