The office is clean & well kept. Dr Meghan was very nice & friendly. She tried to help my tooth problem & said to comeback anytime for a complimentary recheck. This is where things changed. I called & asked for a recheck 3 months later of my tooth. Melissa at front office was very nice, said she saw the notes & to come at 4.40. She then proceeded to call back four times saying the DR said at this point I should see a pain specialist & she didn't want to see me & if I did come in I would be charged. she also stated that since I didn't buy my mouthguard from their office, they couldn't touch it. I said no thank You & I was extremely disappointed. It was not a rude or mean-spirited call. End of story right? Nope Dr Meghan called back personally & told me I had roughed up her office staff & that as a local business owner I should understand that they can't do a re-check for free, but she would try to give me Grace & see me. But if it was a different issue I would be charged. JUST ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE MORE INTERESTED IN $$ THAN HELPING PATIENTS. My issue is she offered a recheck then when I tried to come back saying we have to charge you. Ultimately, she did apologize & offer me to comeback & said she wouldn't charge, but I wouldn't feel comfortable going in after 5 conversations & her saying that she never knew any of this & that her staff didn't communicate it to her which is even more troubling. The tooth pain continues.

From the moment Dr. Chase walked in the room, I knew we had found our future dentist. He has a professional but relaxed presence. He has four kids of his own and is a natural with kids. My daughter has struggled with cavities from a young age and has been recommended for anesthesia to fill multiple cavities in the past. I am so relieved I decided to hold off and then found Dr. Chase. He provided us a wonderful plan to address the many issues leading to her cavities. On our first visit he spent a lot of quality time with us, simply explaining the causes and the plan while simultaneously educating us. We followed his recommendations for SDF and Ozone. On the second visit, he filled her two teeth WITH NO ANESTHESIA REQUIRED! I was blown away and so relieved. My daughter is so happy and now brushes, flosses and uses mouth wash without me asking and understands the importance of her oral health. It is important to note that I drive all the way from Menifee and continue to do so time and again because they're that good in this office. Thank you Dr. Chase and team!

They are not supposed to be cosmetic like braces but making more room has definitely helped to straighten things up anyway. We are about to start with our youngest now and I have no doubt that his sinus congestion issues will be significantly improved with the expanders. Dr Sayed is so friendly, calm and nice to the kids (and parents). He seems to genuinely care about the well being of your kids and is passionate about how an Orthodentist can help improve your child's quality of life long-term (helping with snoring and other problems due to tight nasal passages). The receptionist Sherry does not care about their patient and lied to our face. When we told her we didn't believe that she had no idea when the doctor was going to be in the next two weeks, she asked us to leave and threatened to call police!!! Imagine that. Getting $6,000 in advance and not caring after they get your money. They made an appointment with our son, 12 years old during the school day without telling him or telling us. When we realized the appointment was during the school day and wanted to re-schedule before our son going overseas for three months, she refused, saying he should be okay and gave us a tool to use it in case of emergency. We have no idea how to use that tool and she gave no direction. This is the procedure they deemed necessary to be performed in May, but now she claimed a three months delay would not affect his teeth. After consulting with other doctors we realized she lied again and this is not the case. We thought people should know this about this place. The Orthodontist who they bought this facility from was excellent doctor and treated our daughter a few years ago. We believe they are using his reputation and high scores for their own benefits. It's a shame to have a local doctor to treat you like this.
