I really recommend this dentist. It was easy to schedule, and there were appointments available,…read morewhich is convenient. I waited about 25 minutes, normal and expected at any office. Just enough time to do my paperwork that was on my phone and easy to do. Once I was seen the staff was really nice and the dentist listened to all of my needs and concerns. I left happy and my teeth are much better than before. Thank you for a good experience!

DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE!!! This dentist is terrible!…read moreI spent 37,000.00 to have implants and dentures to have my smile restored after breaking my bridge. I was wrongly informed that I could not have Cubic Zirconia as I had previously had because I was getting implants and removing all my teeth. That's completely false and all lies! Not only did his lousy work fail in 3 years but the first year one of the teeth (front tooth) have to be replaced while I was out of state on vacation... At least one tooth a year would need replacing. After 3 years I replaced both top and bottom dentures after multiple dentists informed me the lab he used produced inferior cheap dentures and I would continue to have multiple problems in the future. That replacement was an additional 6,000.00! Now I am replacing the implants he recommended for implants that the dentures are permanent attached. Why? Because every single time you take the dentures out to clean them it takes great force and weakens the implant post each and every time. The work was pathetic and embarrassing. As a recommendation to anyone seeking a good quality dentist for implant work I suggest you go to Clear Choice Dental Implant Services! I received beautiful permanent dentures for less money than I spent on my first horrible experience with SHODHAN DENISTRY! They were pain free and cubic zirconia exactly what I originally wanted and was deceived and lied to about. The closest Clear Choice is located in Riverside,CA WELLWORTH THE 1 HOUR DRIVE! Rhonda Givens If I could make it zero stars I would! One more thing Clear Choice guarantees lifetime warranty on their teeth!

Met my expectations by exceeding my needs. April 1 was a visit for the peg insertion work on my…read morethird implant done by Dr. Hart. The patient before me had a few complications and Harry had to spend more time to get her procedure finished properly. I would expect the same courtesies if it was me he was working on. Dentistry is akin to putting new flooring in an old house. You won't know what's under the carpet or tile until you take it out. It's not a drive thru service. Dr Hart, his grandson Mason, along with his bevy of dental assitants, lab workers and front of the house staff have always treated me with dignity and respect since my first visit several years ago. I have referred many friends and neighbors to this office. When asked how I like my first two implants, my reply is, they feel like they belong. My oral surgery on April 1 took 45 minutes start to finish and only required 8 stitches. When the anesthetic wore off there was no post-op pain but for a little tenderness. I had a good night's rest with no need for the two prescribed medications but for the antibiotic. As a retired 70 year old on a fixed income; finding Hart Dental and their willingness to bill Medicare, saved me thousands on dental expenses. Good health in your last trimester begins in your mouth. The implant process takes time to do it right. Extraction and bone graft requires a predetermined healing time. Placement of the implant pegs in the jawbone requires a steady hand and a good assistant. Stitches will come out in 2 weeks and then there's another required recovery period. Next comes the abutment that is screwed in to the peg. 3D scans are than taken , the crown is made and screwed in the abutment via a small hole in the new tooth. FROM CHATGPT The dental implant process is a step-by-step way to replace a missing tooth with something that looks, feels, and functions very much like a natural one. Here's how it typically works, in plain terms: 1. Evaluation & Planning Your dentist or oral surgeon starts with: X-rays or 3D CT scans Exam of your gums and bone Review of your health history They're checking if your jawbone is strong enough to hold an implant. If not, you might need a bone graft first. 2. Tooth Removal (if needed) If the damaged tooth is still there, it's removed. Sometimes the implant can be placed the same day, but often there's a short healing period first. 3. Implant Placement (the "root") A small titanium post is surgically placed into your jawbone. Done under local anesthesia (you're numb, not in pain) The implant acts like an artificial tooth root The gum is usually closed over it while it heals This is the most critical step structurally. 4. Healing & Osseointegration This is where the magic happens. Over 3-6 months, your bone grows and fuses with the implant. This process is called osseointegration. It creates a very strong, stable foundation You typically don't feel anything happening during this phase 5. Abutment Placement Once healed, a small connector piece (abutment) is attached to the implant. This sticks slightly above the gum It will hold the final crown Sometimes this is done during the initial surgery, depending on the case. 6. Crown Placement (the visible tooth) A custom-made crown is attached to the abutment. Matched to your natural teeth in shape and color Feels and functions like a real tooth Timeline Overview Simple case: 3-6 months total With bone grafting or complications: 6-12 months Pain & Recovery (honest expectations) Surgery discomfort: usually mild to moderate Most people say it's easier than a tooth extraction Swelling and soreness for a few days Over-the-counter pain meds are often enough Longevity & Care Implants can last 20+ years (often a lifetime) Brush and floss like natural teeth Regular dental checkups are key When Implants Might Not Work Well Severe bone loss (unless grafted) Uncontrolled diabetes Heavy smoking (slows healing) Certain medications or immune issues Simple Way to Picture It Think of it in 3 parts: Implant = root Abutment = connector Crown = tooth PS: Harry loves dates
