Dr. Elraheb and the rest of the team at Precision Dentistry are terrific! I chipped a tooth while moving to the area and needed to get that urgently fixed while in the middle of an extremely busy week. I called the office in the late afternoon and they made time to fit me in at 9am the next morning. The front desk team and dental assistants were both friendly and helpful, and Dr. Elraheb did a thorough job explaining how the repair was going to work, and the various steps he was taking, including offering me different options for anesthetic if I was uncomfortable at any point. They had me in and out the door in about 90 minutes, and that's including all the paperwork required at a new dentist! Highly recommend this team if you're looking for a dentist! read more

Honestly, I am super late writing this review. I relocated to the Coachella Valley and have been amazed at the " upselling " that is rampant in this profession.! Wow! This dentist is one of the purest dentist that evaluated issues. He was SO honest and could have profited from my vulnerability and I would have left devastated and still in pain with another scheduled appt. He is NOT like many that I have frequented over the past couple of years. He helped to stabilize me and advised to continue with my UCLA dentist. It was so refreshing to have a dentist that did not see me as $$$$. I so hope that he continues his path! I had a really great experience. Be careful in your selection of a dentist!!! It's truly transformed into a major profit seeking vocation read more

Awesome service all the way around. I have several different dental issues. They tend to run in my family. On my first appointment, the Dr. developed a plan WITH me. I was an active participant in it. And now I completely understand what is needed, what it is going to cost and how long it is going to take. I so appreciate that level of transparency. He is super friendly and also took measures to ensure I was comfortable throughout both of my first two appointments. His staff is also great. His office manager is a great communicator and is very on top of the billing details with my insurance. And his dental assistants are friendly, professional and experienced. I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

Over the years my family and I have personally known our dentist. Since moving to the desert in 2016 I have delayed making an appointment. I was drawn to Precision Dentistry because of the reviews and made my first appointment because Erica was able to grant me a same day appointment. I expect my appointment today to be excellent. My appt went well and I have lots of confidence in Precision Dentistry. My next appt in on Monday and we are working a plan that suits my needs. I have found my new Desert Dentist. read more

Precision Dentistry got me in right away, I forsure thought my tooth would need to be pulled. I needed a bridge and veneers for my front teeth, I waited a long time to find the right dentist to do it. I had a bad experience when they did my bridge over 30 years ago, it was very painful and they looked fake, I would hardly ever smile, trying to hide my teeth. I was so happy that I found Precision Dentistry. They were very professional and friendly, they made the whole experience more pleasant and painless. The best part was the end result, my bridge and veneers look fantastic. Now I smile everywhere I go! I love showing off my teeth especially for pictures. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am seasonal resident and don't have a dentist in Cathedral City. This past weekend I got an intolerable tooth ache and waited until Monday morning at which time I called Precision Dental. They were able to accommodate me that morning at 10am. Dr. Elraheb was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and took the time to clearly explain the diagnosis. In short, he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic for an infrction and a pain medication as and if required. That will take care of things until I return to my primary home in a weeks time. I can't be more emphatic in praising Dr. Elraheb and his staff. All are genuinely caring and even without having U.S dental insurance, a fair and reasonable cost read more

I'm mind blown! So I came to this dentist office on Monday because my tooth was hurting. I was instantly greeted and by Kessia and Rose. They did my temp check and I was amazed by how clean and safe it was. I have severe anxiety and let them know how nervous I was. When I met the dentist Dr.Ayman he was so understanding and talked me through it all. He was so detailed and listed to my concerns. It was decided that my tooth being pulled would be the best route for me. So as you can tell I was extra nervous about that but I was also so relieved to knowing I'd have great staff and a dentist I could trust. So fast forward to today and same thing super clean, friendly and safe staff. I let them know I was extremely nervous and on the inside I was having anxiety but they talked me all the way through it. In all my years I never had someone so gentle doing the shots especially on the roof of my mouth. After waiting a few minutes to get numb he had my tooth out in about 1 minute, zero issues at all!!!! I even got to keep my tooth. Woo hoo!!! Thank you all so much Precision Dentistry! read more

After visiting many Dentists in Palm Springs/ Cathedral area I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Ayman K. Elraheb,D.D.S. at "Precision Dentistry" in Cathedral City. I haven't been there very many times but the Dr. is very polite and has a very good "Bedside Manner", he never makes you feel bad regardless of your situation... He puts you at ease and I highly recommend him!! In my opinion he is the "Best Dentist" in the "Desert"!!! UPDATE: I finally found a reliable honest dentist that does amazing work. $7500 for 4 root canals, 8 crowns, and all 4 quads deep cleaning. Sure beats Precision and their dirty office and $2400 for 2 crowns and 1 quad of cleaning. Dont waste your time, money, or risk your health. My new dentist also does an actual deep cleaning......no just use the laser, the laser is not a proper deep cleaning. So glad I waited and didn't fall for this guy. My hubby and I really wanted to like this dentist, he has a great bedside manner. Unfortunately there is something very shady going on with their billing department and the receptionist BERNIE. Long story short.... We both need/needed major work and had the money saved up to do it. We made it clear in the beginning we were looking for a long term reliable dentist. Our trust with them was very short lived. I went in on 2 different occasions. The first went great.....xrays, cleaning, and impressions for molar crowns. Happily set up a second appointment for the crown placement and deep cleaning, this is where things went south. They charged me $2400 for the 2 crowns and a deep cleaning on one quadrant, and that was with my insurance that had never been used. I asked for a detailed bill and they refused to give me one. When I called to ask my insurance company, it turns out that this dentist also charged them the maximum of $1500. So for the 2 crowns and a single quad cleaning they pocketed $3900! My insurance informed me that this is highly illegal, and even if my policy was maxed out for the year they can only charge me $700 per crown. I called and tried explaining this to Bernie and she tried to play dumb. She always said she would call me back or keep me on hold forever. I even went down to the office personally (right before they closed) and Bernie ran and locked the door right in front of me and start yelling at me in Spanish. I'm sure it was profanity, she knows I don't speak Spanish. The kicker is, they continue to call me to tell me I'm due for another cleaning. When I explain the situation I am always told that the dentist will personally call me back. He has not called me one time. I also had my mother's dentist office call and act like a customer, asking about costs for services....it was quite comical, and recorded. My insurance company has opened up a fraud case against them. Once the office caught wind of it, they sent me a $900 refund. They owe me and my insurance company much more than that, so we are continuing the fraud investigation. Once everything is said and done I will definetly get my money back and this place will be out of business with numerous lawsuits. Customers beware! read more

His staff is great, but the dentist himself has the worst "chairside mannner" I've ever experienced. I won't be going back.

I've had the same dentist for the past 15 years but due to my insurance changing as a result of the pandemic, I needed to look elsewhere for my dental health. After weeks of shopping around I came across the Yelp reviews for this dental office and decided to give it a chance. I can honestly say Dr. ElRaheb and his team exceeded my expectations! Everyone i came in contact with was extremely friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I had a few questions regarding my dental health and Dr. ElRaheb addressed all of my concerns and also took the time to educate me. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for top notch, great quality care! read more

Best dentist I've ever experienced! Made my dentist fear go away and took care of my and my extraction needs , thank you.

Great friendly staff and excellent doctor, but generally all dental work is just too expensive for seniors living on social security. A bridge is about $6,500 and an implant and crown about $8,000. That amount almost cleans out most people's nest egg for two teeth. read more
