Even though she said she could do what I wanted, her attitude was dismissive and negative throughout. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by taking the appointment, even though that was the time her boss had scheduled. I left feeling deflated and doubting what I had originally wanted to do with my hair. It was clear she did not want to work that evening, but if that was the case, a quick text or reschedule would have saved us both time. On a positive note, when I called her boss afterward, she was very kind, apologetic, and understanding.
