I agreed to this after I got all my questions answered, he was patient and informative. Got a phone while out shopping and it from the plumbers asking if they could come early? Of course we agreed since we have had this problem for over a week! They were waiting when we pulled up. Very professional, explained everything as they went along. They were patient and answered all the questions my hubby had for them including myself. They left no mess. And in my opinion the repair cost was very reasonable. They were done very quickly!!I I would definitely recommend JS Plumbing to anyone needing service. Roger and Joe were great! couldn't ask for nicer guys!! Prompt, efficient and knew their stuff!! After talking with the gal who answered the phone and explaining the mess we were in, they had someone go out that morning to investigate the problem. They called me back late that morning, gave me an estimate ( a bit higher than I anticipated) and said they could be there the next day. Next day comes, and lo and behold they show up! They completed the job in a few hours including making sure all was up to code. County Inspector came out and no issues. All in all very happy with the job done and the efficiency of their service.
