Both Steve and Tim were very helpful and accommodating. Prior to getting there any questions, pictures or videos of the truck I asked for were sent or answered quickly. They are honest about what they are selling and made it an efficient and easy process!

Informed him insurance was totaling my camper out and I was waiting on payment. he agreed and considered it sold. we continue to talk he took pics for me measurements to make sure my new sink would fit etc. Finally got insurance to pay me on Wednesday informed him funds were there and I would be there Friday morning to pick up said trailer. He agreed ok and he would see me then. Friday rolls around I txt him let him know I'm in route from Houston and we are coming. He agrees .. ok. Pull into the lot about 10am the said trailer is hooked to another truck. Salesman approaches and says how can I help. I state I spoke with Tim all week and this morning and I was coming to get that trailer. he replies with " well It just sold " I said there's no way I have text showing that I was on my way and he acknowledged that he knew. Salesman and owner refused to call gentleman back and inform them they made a mistake and to make things right. Instead they watch us walk back to our truck with cash and leave pissed off. Now I took a whole day off of work and spent about 9 hours round trip in my truck to get treated like this. now I have no trailer all new sink and appliances that were made to be put in the trailer and stuck with it. Thanks Tim ! I have informed continental cargo of this horrible business and they neither are happy. This company deserves all it has coming for not making it right. In todays society all a man has is his word and well Tim's ,,, his word is no good. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!! Nick drove from Hawkins to Dallas to pick up my vehicle from the DPD pound, took my vehicle to his shop. He handled all the insurance paperwork and fixed my car to original specifications. Once I arrived to pick it up, I knew I had made the right decision, it was like nothing had ever happened. The paint matched perfectly, being a tri-stage color (Pristine White Pearl) he did a remarkable job. My wife is very picky and she went over it with a fine toothed comb and everything was perfect. Finding a quality shop is very hard these days, Nick is a true professional, if you want it done right with no corners cut and over 30+years of experience, look no further than Nicks Shop!

They changed my oil this morning, a little less than 90 miles later my oil light comes on. Immediately pull over and there's oil everywhere. Walk around the car there's oil on the back end and passenger side of the car. I called maci lube and he advised it could have been an issue with the o ring on the filter, then said to drive my car to him. I said I can't because there's clearly a significant oil leak. He told me to go to a local place and call him in the morning. So I pay 125 to be towed to a local place where they see there is no oil filter attached. I call maxi lube back and he said he tightened the filter with a wrench so there's no way. He said he's not paying for the tow and can refund my initial oil change for "condolences". Go see him in person after my car is fixed and admits it could have been him but he's only willing to refund the initial oil change. Zero out of ten stars. Do not recommend.
