Dr. Miguel A. Cintron is a noted Gastroeninterologist. He was referred to me by my previous Internist, who has since retired from active duty Dr. Remedious Sioco for colonoscopy. I had to put it off for years...because I didn't want to do it. To me it is the most disgusting and embarrassing examination you.can ever have......but then faith stepped in...Dr. Sioco went on vacation and his son Dr. Louie took over....he looked at my chart and said...you have been putting off your Colonoscopy exams for years...I didn't say a word and before I can answer he made an appointment for me to see Dr.Cintron. Next thing I know I was there for the procedure. Did'nt even know it was done....the worst part was the preparation...taking this gallon of Colyte. I was so glad I took this test. It saved my life. They found a large polyp that was removed during the process., that proved to be cancerous. I had beaten the odds. Had I procrastinate for another year I would not be here yelping. Thanks to Dr. Cintron and his staff. His secretary Carmen is a very efficient assistant. Their office is conveniently located in Grand St. The # 58 bus stops there. I go there for check ups and has to go back early next year. read more
