Even though the project was easy, he asked me the nature of what I was doing so that he could wrap his head around the context of the part he was working on. Cool, he was nicely engaged. His shop is clean and it's one of those places where everything seems to have their own place. Like any place of this type, there were pieces of work in progress. I asked what he liked to do and he said they do a lot of gates. But what he really likes to do? He love doing metal sculptures. On the outside of his shop is one of his works and I included a picture of it. He had my project done in a jiffy. It's one of those times when a vendor exceeds your expectations and all done with a smile.

I came in and worked through design ideas with Dan and was told that I would be able to receive my table within 2 weeks. Well two weeks came and went no phone call concerning anything and no updates to keep me informed as to what you were experiencing at the shop. I showed up two days after the two week time frame had come and gone, only to be told, "oh I didn't have a big enough order to get your order in on the steel truck." This was not my issue nor my concern when I had agreed in good faith to have something made for me, nor did I ask for the table to be completed within the specified time frame. I was given the time frame by Dan for completion when I inquired when it would be completed The attitude I experienced was very unapologetic instead of, "I'm terribly sorry let me see what I can do to assist you." The ladies in the office were amazing and always right there to be part of customer service. Dan you are very lucky to have them up front as I'm sure they assist with your business levels. I realize that mine was a very small project in the scope of what you do but I still felt very unappreciated within my community. And moving forward I will make sure to let people know the type of experience that I had with your shop and not recommend any of your work.
