Their main offices are in major far away cities like New York and Chicago. The repairmen are local. One company refused to give me an estimate. Another wanted to charge me 950.00 USD. One company sent a repairman who semi threatened us. None of the repairmen were wearing a company uniform and their vehicles were ragged and unidentified. Finally we made a great decision and called Overhead Door domiciled in Greenville, S.C. The repairmen was an overall terrific guy.
