They are pretty incorrect, very arrogant and rude. Ignoring issues within the properties and not fixing them right away, not to say that they are not fixing them all. They are breaking the viewing laws currently by not giving a notice 24 hours in advance to the people currently living in the properties. What is more, we asked them if they could postpone all viewings for a week so that no one comes into our house due to health concerns. They said they would and the next day, one of their agents assigned a coupe of more meetings, forgot to tell the viewers that the 1st meeting won't be happening and some people showed up at our door. She said that she doesn't care how we feel. They are very uncooperative. Most of their properties have many faults, half of our lamps and outlets are not working. Our refrigerator and most of the doors do not shut properly. There is wind coming in from the windows even when they are completely shut. The water pressure sucks, when someone is showering and somebody else uses a sink or a toilet, the water just stops running. Many houses have mould in them. Some of our heaters cannot be turned on and in the corridor is freezing cold. They are not willing to fix these issues. We have problems with the internet, and for students learning online that is pretty frustrating. For 4 tenants, they gave us only 3 keys and don't care that is not alright with us. There is a huge lack of communication between the agency and their tenants, as well between the agents in the office. If possible, stay away from them. read more
