Tory and Christopher were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. Before calling Alpha Foundation, I received estimates of over $10,000 from other contractors who planned to tear up a large portion of my pool deck. Alpha Foundation fixed the problem for about one-third of the cost, with no demolition, no mess, and the entire job was completed in just two hours. My pool deck looks beautiful! The five-year warranty and annual inspections provide added peace of mind and show their commitment to standing behind their work. If you have foundation or pool deck issues, I highly recommend Alpha Foundation. Their quality, value, and customer service are outstanding, and Tory and Christopher made the entire experience a pleasure.

He gave a great run-down of their product and the process and answered all our questions. He gave us the best price right away, and it was several thousand less than the competition. We received two follow-up calls to make sure everything was satisfactory. The warranty is far superior to anyone else: Good for as long as we're in the home..truly lifetime. We found other "lifetime" warranties were really only 15 years (or only five years if outdoors). The floor looks great, and it's holding up really well. I don't expect durability to be an issue.
