However on December 23rd…read morewhen my dryer stopped tumbling and the wife wanted a dryer under the Christmas Tree, I figured there was a 1st for everything. I sent Blessed Appliance and four other businesses a direct message to find out the cost for estimate, travel and repair. Considering that it was Christmas Eve / Christmas I expected to get response after the holidays. Nope, I got an immediate response from "Hope". Happy with the quote, I contacted "Lorenzo" to set up an appointment. Lorenzo scheduled me for 6pm on December 27th. He was able to walk me through what he expected was wrong with the dryer and a price without surprises. I greatly appreciated that he kept in contact with me throughout the day to let me know that we were good for 6pm. Lorenzo showed up promptly at 6pm and was ready to work. He was super friendly, talkative and very knowledgeable on appliances. Within minutes of his arrival he fully disassembled the dryer. He replaced the belt, rollers and overall a new kit to keep dryer running hopefully another 10 years! Lorenzo advised me that Maytag set we have is a great pair and that they just need a little TLC. Before Lorenzo was about to leave, I asked him if he could check out the washer because it wouldn't click over once filled with water. He advised that is was a simple sensor and for an additional charge, he could fix it. Ten minutes later, it was done, YES!! Their communication and reviews had me sold. Then when they installed the equipment it didn't match what we paid for. The error was recognized by me and they offered me an extended warranty as a result. Due to their great service during this time I felt like they resolved my issue. There were also hiccups with the air unit that they fixed. Fast forward to 2026 when we needed a new water heater. We received several quotes and this one was comparable. They installed it a few days later and all appeared well. We paid $575 for the permit process to Balanced Comfort. They said we would get the inspection within 1-2 weeks. I called three different times and was told they did the paperwork, and lastly to call the city myself. When I called the city they said it had never been filed. I had to call Balanced Comfort again and again to get the plumbing manager to call me back. When he did it's clear he doesn't have customer service training. He's rude and was like oh well it's filed now. It took six weeks total and action on my part or it may never have been completed, a paid service. Next up the inspection. spoiler alert! We didn't pass. The inspector was clear they cut corners and should have known better. He advised I call the company and let them know. When I did, the plumbing manager was beyond rude to me and said "these things happen".... I will never give them my business again.

They replaced our…read morehvac but it wasn't operating (if I was understanding correctly) that my unit was a new Trane unit and that this particular unit they thought it was a part that was the problem so they got the new part and it wasn't the issue of not operating but rather it involved connecting certain wires which fixed it after they consulted with the manufacturer( that was the AC part but a couple of weeks later I turned on the heat because the house was a little chilly but no fan kicked on so I called and they sent out a technician and he said the first guys didn't finish the connection and what they did connect was wrong for this unit. Just to clarify the first installers were not able to finish it because of the aforementioned issues which they encountered for this unit and that is when the first tech got it straightened out with the manufacturer of my unit BUT although they got the Ac operating he didn't check out the heat portion so we thought all was good so when they sent out the other technician he went up into the attic and saw it not connected as of yet so basically everything got mixed up and confused but they got it straightened out finally and so far it is operating properly. We haven't had to use the heat or ac because of the weather being nice so we really didn't notice anything until we went to use the heater. The employees were very nice and respectful. I guess if there were any cons about it it would be the fiasco of the aforementioned installation and I really would prefer a time narrowed down to when to expect them rather than just saying" go about your day" which is not easy if I have to go somewhere and have no idea as to when you are coming. As recommendations they are not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. Also in between these problems I had an issue with my toilet and called them and they gave me a slight discount and had me pay right upfront before they even started the service and then I went to my desk and saw that I had a coupon for $75 off and asked the tech if that was applied because he said there would be a discount but it but I found out later that the coupon was not applied. My fault, I should've handed it to him and told him to refund the original amount.

They quoted me $17k for repair. And told me the supervisor would contact me for a quote of new system. The guy said there was no guarantee my A/C will works after spend all these money fixing it. So it's better just get a new system. The supervisor called me said he was far away and could make it. He would stop by on weekend but never showed up. Never got a follow up call either. I found another place and they found two minor issues, capacitor and leak of Freon. They fixed it and now my A/C works again and no need for a quote of over 10k system. Do not, I do not recommend this place at all. They are air conditioner seller. They sell the system, they won't repair it. Stay away if you want someone actually can repair it for you for lower cost
