We purchased apricot & honey jam to have for breakfast and it was delicious. At 8€ it is not the cheapest jam but a really lovely breakfast treat. Good for novel gift ideas but if an international traveller, check what you can bring home as my US friend had planned to buy for home but then realised, it may not be allowed through US customs.

Although its a little out of central Paris if you are on vacation, if you so happen to find yourself around the 13th I recommend a quick stop. The owner of the honey shop is very knowledgeable and if you have any questions just ask him. He claims to speak a little English when you first ask him, but that is not the case as he speaks rather fluently. Honey's from all sorts of trees can be found here including acacia, lavender, maple etc. You can sample any one you like and you can buy any of them in 3 sizes which is nice. You can grab a bunch of small jars to you have a nice variety or to bring back as gifts! Prices are very reasonable and the honey is like nothing we have back here in America. Stop by and check them out!

The staff were friendly and explained about the chocolates when I asked. We were offered a sample and I asked if they had hazelnuts so my friend with an allergy couldn't have it.
