A concern as well was a $695 "packaging and handling" fee, which seemed unusually high and was never clearly explained. I reached out multiple times--called, texted, and spoke with customer service--asking for a detailed breakdown. Customer service said they couldn't explain the pricing beyond what I already saw, and the sales associate referred me back to the contract & design consultant without providing clarification. Despite my questions still being unresolved, I was contacted by an installer to schedule installation, which felt rushed given I didn't fully understand the charges.
