However, when I shopped at Hildebrand Sporting Goods in Broadview, Illinois for my son's baseball equipment, I have to say that my experience was nothing but positive. Not only was the sales team completely knowledgeable, their main goal was that I was completely satisfied by the time that I left. They never tried to oversell. The fact that they are still competing with the big box stores and online is amazing. I love shopping local and will continue to do so. This recent experience at Hildebrand's confirms the reasons why.

But the young lady today who said she was the manager was rude and disrespectful claiming they have never done military discounts. But my receipts tell a different story. They need more training in customer service. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened. I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again. She was beyond disrespectful.
