They take time to answer questions and even set you up with free vet care for the first appointment. Our experiences have consistently been positive. It's everything you'd hope for when bringing home a puppy.

She went to go ask the older lady that works there if she could play with him. She rudely gave her attitude and told her if she's gunna play with him or buy it. My daughter being 11 came back really distraught. It took everything in me not to go off on her but I didn't want to set a bad example for my kids. She clearly thought we couldn't afford the dog but little did she know I had 2k in my pocket prepared to purchase a dog. The woman vet on the other hand told me my cat had some neurological issues and that finding out what exactly was wrong would be thousands of dollars and didn't give me much explanation. When I asked if putting her down was the humane thing to do, she just kept going in circles. Now I know that vets can't give an ultimate recommendation to put any animal down, but they can give you an idea what quality of life might look like if you chose to keep your pet alive. I felt pressured to make the decision to put her down because I truly believed she was suffering and the options I was basically given was euthanasia or thousands of dollars which I couldn't afford. Now I beat myself up because I wonder if I should've gotten a second opinion the next day or tried to bring her home. I feel like this place just wants your money. They also said there was an option to "pay what you can" for cremation and euthanasia and then before they'd even put my cat to rest we had the front desk come in and basically tell us to pay the full price now or they wouldn't do it. I was visibly distraught and kept asking over and over if this was the right thing to do and the veterinarian just kept shrugging at me. I felt like she had no empathy or sympathy for the situation. She seemed annoyed to even be there. A piece of me died with her that night, and I think i'll have "what ifs", doubts and guilt for the rest of my life.
