I chose this company by the reviews. That is my reason for writing this. First, they are expensive…read more You pay hourly and they are SLOW...taking one tiny piece at a time instead of loading on a dolly or cart. Second, there is so much damage in my home. Several walls are gouged and scraped. They should have repaired that or took better care not to do it in the first place. They took breaks, which I paid for. I ended up paying $2000 for a move from storage to a home here in Billings. The guys that moved me were nice young men who did work hard. That is why I bumped up my rating to a 3 because they were good guys. But I do not fully recommend this company.

This is a commercial ISO standard shipping container. The same ones you see on the highway or being shipped off around the world. Not some flimsy cube or overpriced 3rd party shipper. Your dealing with shipping terminals and drivers that do this for a living. Both our pickup and drop off drivers had been top notch. Really great. Our stuff was exactly as we left it when we unloaded it. Hardly any shifting. The container we had contained 6 shipping straps. These are used to hold your goods in place. They connect to each side of the containers inner walls. They clip or snap in depending on which bracket you decide to use. There is a plywood wall that goes up separating your goods from the next load if there is room. There are all so ceiling braces that come down to stabilize your shipment. We put up a few planks of personal plywood to create shelving in one section of the truck for furniture and smaller odds and ends. You do have to call each step of the way though. That includes initial drop-off, initial pickup, final drop-off, and final pickup. That part of it could have been a bit more clear. But all the interactions along the way had been superior. The cost was realistic and fair. Prior moves (and there have been plenty over the years) have been considerably higher and far more taxing). If you have a home full of stuff spend the money and do it right. If your in an apartment and moving to the other side of town the other guys may be the way to go. We will be calling again for the return trip.

I scheduled work 2 months in advance based on my contractor's recommendation…read more I reached out to inform him that I needed to cancel the app (1.5 months in advance) and that I would reschedule. He replied with a snarky "that's fine, but who is going to cover the cost of the materials I just ordered?" First of all, I never said I wasn't going to reschedule. Second, I assumed he would need me here while he did the job so I could pay him. When we talked about schedule availability he never informed me that materials would be purchased so far in advance and that I would be required to pay if I needed to cancel. I have had work done on my home before and am aware a % down is due before work begins, but never 2 months out with no communication to the client.
