After going to several plastic surgeons for a rhinoplasty consult and without feeling confident about any one of them, I asked my primary care physician at Northwestern for a recommendation. Without any hesitation, he suggested Dr. Siegel. It is an extreme understatement to say that I am INCREDIBLY grateful that this surgeon crossed my path. Not only was he knowledgeable, professional, funny(!), personable and reasonably priced, he found a breathing problem which he could fix simultaneously with my rhinoplasty. Several weeks ago, I had a turbinoplasty, septoplasty, and rhinoplasty. As I write this, I am several weeks post-surgery. This man is an incredibly skilled surgeon and he gave me INCREDIBLE RESULTS! Specifically - During the septoplasty, he straightened my septum so I could breathe at max capacity through both sides of my nose. He improved my sinus issues with a turbinoplasty. As an athlete, I breathe to my maximum capacity now, meaning through my nose NOT my mouth! Lastly, I preface that I worried tremendously about my rhinoplasty because I didn't know what to expect. Understandably, I could not imagine good results. And yet, in the most skillful way that only someone as artistic as him could visualize, Dr. Siegel did (in his words) "less than minimal" work on refining my nose, and it looks STUNNING! I have the cute, elegant, feminine nose I had always dreamed about having. Dr. Siegel is a master at his craft, and my results blew my expectations out of the water when my doctor took off my nose cast. I cannot recommend him enough! He is worth every second I waited for him, and I would wait double if I had to do it again. Phenomenal surgeon with a side of funny, charismatic pragmatism. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Siegel! read more

I really liked the doctor. As recommended by other reviewers, I called ahead and knew he was running 20 minutes behind. When I got there I had to wait 15 minutes, but I had to fill out paperwork anyways. I thought he was very knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. He definitely took his time which was appreciated. read more

While I think he is a very talented surgeon, my issue is with their use of the sign "we are respectful of everyone's time." I have no complaints with his work; however, his business running skills need some fine tuning. I am a 10 minute walk from the doctor's office. I call them to ask for if he is running behind. They LIE and say if I leave now, I will be right on time. I then wait for two hours. I ask them if they have WIFI, they tell me it "usually doesn't work." In total, I have taken 4 1/2 days off to wait a total of 8.25 hours in 4 visits. If you have the time to dedicate to waiting in a waiting room, then this doctor is the right one for you. read more

I received a call late this morning (Monday) from Dr. Siegal's office asking if I would be interested in moving up a Friday 2 pm appt. I accepted his offer. As a new patient, I arrived one half hour early to handle the paperwork. Two hours later, the doctor still had not seen me. I walked out due to the doctor's inconsiderate behavior. I did him a favor and this is how he rewarded me. There are plenty of other fish in the sea. My time is valuable too. J. Koster read more

Ok so where to start with this wacky place... I was referred to this Dr. by my internist who is a wonderful dr over at Northwestern but I'm kind of now wishing when his nurse gave me his info it came with some sort of disclaimer lol. I had an appt for 12 and when I booked it the receptionist, who was very nice, told me he tends to run behind, so to please call beforehand and they can give me an updated time to come by. Ok, a little odd, but much better than waiting in the office so its good that they offer to do that. My appt day rolls around I call at 1115 to check and she tells me to call back at 1145. So I call back at 1145 and I'm told somehow in that 30 min. his wait time went from 30 min to an hour lol so please call back AGAIN at 1215. Fine, so I call back at 1215 and they tell me to come by at 1. So I get there at 1 assuming I wont have to wait long since I'm 1) 1 hour past my appt as it is and 2) She TOLD me to come at 1 lol... The office O M G.... Its in this old walk up building (which while not weird im sure to lots of people ive never had a dr that was not in an office building or hospital) and I had no warning about the scary absurd amount of clocks..no joke there are clocks EVERYWHERE just tick tocking non stop while you wait making me feel like i was going insane. It was like this ever present reminder of how freaking long you are sitting there. Aside from the clocks there are all of these other crazy things like cowboy hats, tiffany style lamps, an old scale... I mean to say its eclectic would be the understatement of the year. And maybe this is judgmental of me but it was not one bit professional looking or made me think wow this seems like a competent drs office (not to say he isnt competent but there is one thing to have "individual style" and something else that veers into wacky insanity but maybe thats just me...) I then sat in the waiting room for almost 40 minutes until they sent me back to the "black room/surgery room".. yes all doors are different colors down this skinny long hallway when you enter. The room was fairly crazy as well... COVERED in clocks wall to wall, model airplanes hanging from the ceiling.... But more important to me than that was it was not very clean or sterile looking. Equipment was dusty/dirty, floors were fairly dirty... Maybe it was fine and this was part of the "atmosphere" lol but it def. made me feel uncomfortable. I then waited in that room for another 90 MINUTES! I honestly almost just left but I figured based on the dr who gave me the referral this guy must be worth the wait (plus my ears/and sinuses had been killing me for weeks) When he finally came in he was actually very nice...friendly and tried to strike up somewhat of a rapport with me. He looks a bit like a mad scientist (def. not what i was used to w/a dr) but like lots of things i know that looks can be deceiving so i tried to give this dr an honest shot despite everything. He did the exam which was all over in about 15 min (no IDEA what the heck takes hours with other patients...) and was basically little help. Told me he thought it was an allergy and to take a steroid nasal spray. Except I had already tried that lol so clearly that was not going to work... I wont be going back to my follow up... No dr should run 3+ HOURS behind schedule...certainly not an ENT. Thats not a dr being thorough with people its a dr that overschedules and I'm guessing doesnt start on time. Also, its odd to me that "the best ent in chicago" also does Botox. Those 2 things just dont go together in my eyes. I have another appt with a dr over at NW (also a referral) so hopefully he will be on time and a little more normal. At least I wont have to listen to those clocks hahaha... read more

from the moment i stepped in i had the feeling i was in the TIME museum, all the walls are covered by cookoo cloks. I guess the owner is also cooko cookoo. I decided to have an open mind and wait. I was a bit concern about the machinery from the 1 st world war that i assume he uses to examine their patients, some people do MOVE in TIME and get HIGH TECH. After waiting 3 hours. I decided to leave the premises. I guess the doctor was way to busy oiling the clocks and he forgot about me. He even had the nerve to send me an invoice of 400 dollars. I guess his waiting time is very expensive. I AM SPEECHLESS. I am sure a vet in Angola would have more mercy on their patients read more

I was referred to this office through the Northwestern Physician referral service, as the specialists they initially referred were booked for over two months out. This office was available the next week, which I jumped on, but probably should have just waited. There was confusion about my appointment, as I received emails and calls confirming two appointments, one for the morning and one for the afternoon. I was baffled as I had not made two appointments, so I called and the receptionist told me that the afternoon appointment was in fact just a placeholder, as once I saw Dr. Siegel and per his recommendation, I would then see the audiologist right after. I arrived knowing that there were time issues because I had prepared myself in advance via Yelp. Fortunately I did not wait long. I could deal with the cuckoo clocks and trinkets fine, however yes, the room I was led into had a massive, vintage 'Surgery' sign above the door which was a little disconcerting. The physician's assistant was very nice and seemed helpful. She told me that Dr. Siegel would come in and do a maneuver to help with my dizziness. He did come in, spent a few minutes with me, typed some notes, then told me I'd have to see the audiologist. I went to the waiting room, expecting to wait to see the next doctor, when the front desk told me that no, the audiologist did not come in today, I had no appointment, and I would have to schedule one for next week. I had specifically blocked time off from work so I could hash this out in one day. They then printed some papers out and handed them to me as I left. Once I left the office, I looked thru the paperwork, and noted that one sheet had a 'diagnosis' section, where it was written that apparently I have a 'deviated septum'! Did anyone tell me this while I was in the doctor's office? No. Did the doctor even say deviated? Nope. How curious! One day soon maybe I'll visit another ENT to explore my may-or-may-not-be-deviated-septum. read more

Dr job ****** Office job: 0 star. I was treated for the removal of a cyst. all went well. I was overcharged one extra co-payment. ok, these things happen. I took me more than 6 phone calls on a period of 10 months, leaving my CC number to them 3 times, receiving false promises to be call back... anyway, today they just confirm it went through. I am not sure I believe them. to Dr Seigel: You have poor finance employees, if they lied to patients, they must lied to you. I would worry about your business. read more

Dr. Siegel famously runs late--on one of my appointments he was 4 hours behind! Each examining room displays a sign explaining any delays are because he wants to spend as much time with each patient as he or she needs. But he is ALMOST ALWAYS (unless you get an early appointment) far behind schedule). He obviously and consistently overbooks. Also, his audioolgist recommended hearing aids that were $900 more per ear than other practices in Chicago that I contacted. The majority of patients getting hearing aids are seniors on fixed incomes. The overcharging of his own patients seems problematic. read more

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Siegel and his office. After being sick for over a month with a throat infection that wasn't going away, and an ER visit, I was told to see an ear, nose and throat, specialist. Dr. Siegel's office was quick to fit me in and get me the immediate attention that I required. I can honestly say that I HAVE NEVER worked with a better Doctor. Both as an individual and a professional, his care and compassion are evident in everything he does. Dr. Siegel is so thoughtful and throughout in his decision making, and kept me involved with my options and the decision making the whole time. His patience is exemplary, I have never been with a Doctor that spends as much time with individual patients and answers all of your questions without making you feeling crazy or rushed (I did call the office on a Saturday to ask some crazy questions). Dr. Siegel was patient with me and saw me once a week to make sure that I was getting better and when I wasn't and we had determined that all options had been exhausted he performed a tonsillectomy. The surgery was a success and I couldn't be happier with my positive experience with Dr. Siegel. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT!! The office staff are very friendly in the office and make schedule appointments and check in very easy. They also send text confirmation and reminders for appointments. read more

I loved that he took his time and really listened to me! He has a great bedside manner!

I thought I could get passed the clocks scattered all over the walls. I thought that an unconventional style isn't bad in this world of cookie cutter PC offices. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I have never had to walk out of a doctor's office before. Until today. You would think that an office so obsessed with clocks would be considerate of other people's time. I understand that he takes his time with his patients, which is admirable, but there has to be a better system of handling an appointment calendar. I know when I am late for an appointment I have the common courtesy to call and apologize and tell them when I will I can see them. The receptionist had the nerve to say I should have called the morning of! What is stopping the receptionists from calling the patient and rescheduling?! They then stick you in an 8' x 8' room covered in clocks chiming and ticking. The medical instruments looked older than I am. I thought I was in a psych experiment to test how long I can tak it before I snapped! And I got the answer: 2 wasted hours. Worst doctor's experience I have ever had.....and I did not even see the doctor! read more

Okay, I think Dr. Siegel's office is trying to rectify the time management issues; the wait time has been far less. That said, still a great doctor! read more

I waited for an hour past my scheduled appointment time without being seen by anyone and when I told the front desk I needed to leave they looked at me blankly and said "Ok we'll let the doctor know". I feel blatantly disrespected, they showed no care at all for me or my time. read more

Over the past several months, I have been working with the audiologist, Dr Rader to correct a newly developed hearing problem with a set of hearing aids. She tirelessly and patiently worked with me to try out two hearing aids. She also patiently answered my many questions to be sure I had the best, most up to date information about what these devices may or may not be able to help with. Ultimately, I decided that the devices are not making enough of an improvement for me at this time. Even so, there was absolutely no pressure from Dr Rader to make a purchase. I am very appreciative of her expertise and the time she took with me. There is no wait with Dr Rader. Yes, there usually is a wait for Dr. Siegel. Yes, ironically, there are clocks everywhere. Neither has any bearing on the fact that he is an excellent doctor and worth the wait. He has diagnosed my LPR, which is tricky to do because the symptoms are much less obvious than typical GERD and referred me to work with Dr Rader after determining that my hearing loss is not due to infection or too much ear wax. I appreciate the care I have received at this practice and highly recommend it. read more

Completely 100% unacceptable I read the reviews that the doctor runs really really late I was referred by Dr. McMahon and he told me that he's known for being very late and to check in over the phone or tell them to give me a call and I can go shopping or run an errand while he was running late and instead of sitting for two hours in his office. I called at 10 AM and asked how late the doctor was running the receptionist said 15 minutes I said are you sure it's 15 minutes because last time was a really long time I said can I just check in over the phone she said no you have to check it in person fine I said but I'm not waiting this long she said well it's never more than an hour I'm like well last time it was 2 hours she was giving me a lot of attitude so I just hung up. I get to the office and they make me wait in the room from 10:30 AM to 12:06 PM One hour and 36 minutes I went to the front desk and I said I need to get back to work I took my lunch break and why did she tell me 15 minutes and they said well at the time it was 15 minutes I find it very hard to believe that from 10 to 1030 a 15 minute wait jumped up to almost an hour and 40 minutes it is so unbelievably irresponsible and unprofessional to make patients that are taking a lunch break that need to get back to work an almost 2 hour wait in the waiting room and I'm just so livid that I specifically even called and asked and the snotty receptionist had to give me all that attitude. When I was obviously right. NEVER again am I coming to this doctor. And the receptionist lie if you can't say how long is he running? They always say 15 minutes and that's all and it's always an hour and a half to two hours do not come here. read more

My son is away from home in college. He broke his cheekbone. The doctor there said he needed surgery within a few days, and they began the scheduling process. I'm in Chicago and worried. I call Dr. Siegel with questions such as does he need surgery, how soon must it be done, should I bring my son to Chicago for it? Dr. Siegel reviewed the ct scan report, he asked questions of my son, he looked at pictures my son took with a cell phone. Dr. Siegel also talked to the radiologist on the phone. This was a crisis. Decisions had to be made within a day. And Dr. Siegel took the time to help me make the best decisions. I was so grateful for his help and that of his fabulous and competent assistant Julie. I apologize to Dr. Siegel's other patients who might have had to wait longer that day while Dr. Siegel took several phone calls to solve my problem. Thank you for your patience. I and my other son had been to Dr. Siegel a few times in the past for ear and sinus issues. I've always been pleased with his results. read more

Dr Siegal was the first person in years to acknowledge that I had sinus problems. Everyone else said, "It's not chronic. Get more rest. Take care of yourself." I was worn out and sick. After a CT scan, my problems were discovered and needed surgery. I breathed a sigh of relief. While my allergies are not gone, he did a great job with my surgery and recovery. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to see an ENT. Remember, a doctor is not good if he doesn't start with the basics - diet, meds, etc. He did this with me, too. You have to be patient and go back for the follow-up! My follow-up proved that it wasn't something simple and he did not hesitate to find out what it was from there. read more

I was very pleased with Dr. Siegel and other staff at Midwest ENT. The office is small and personable, and Dr. Siegel spends time with you, listening and not rushing. The exam was thorough and he presented treatment options. If I need any ENT services in the future, I will definitely come back here. (I've read other reviews complaining about the wait--the wait was no more than I've experienced at other doctor offices, and personally, I'd rather wait and get good care than feel rushed during my exam! And I enjoy the quirkiness of the clocks--but even if I didn't, my concern is getting good, compassionate care, not the office decor!) read more

Very unhappy with the professionalism and integrity of this clinic. Was distinctly given information before appointment and after sub par service, pricing was different. As someone who has had breathing difficulties for years and has been to multiple ENT's, my first diagnosis from Dr. Siegel was different from all the others. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong and what would continue to happen if I left the problems untreated. He is also the first ENT to require me to get a CT Scan, which I have coming up this week. He wants to ensure that we take care of every possible issue with my nose (as for now I have a really bad deviated septum and enlarged adenoids). He agreed that surgery would have to take place and I am super excited for him to complete my surgery! read more

I echo the other low star reviews listed here. This place is wacky, and the entire staff -- save for the desk clerks -- are very unprofessional. I went in for tinnitus symptoms in February. Everything about the clocks, the doctor being late, his seemingly old equipment -- all true. I waited OVER AN HOUR past my appointment time in the waiting room, then another :45 in the patient room waiting. That's nearly 2 hrs past my appt time, which is just ridiculous. After the first visit, it was recommended that I return for a more detailed hearing test. I did so with their audiologist. All was delayed again. But perhaps the most egregious part was that, following these two visits / tests, I had to be the one to chase down the doctors for results of the tests! This took multiple phone calls before anyone finally returned my call to give me a proper diagnosis! Steer clear of this place. read more

Well, let's see. I got in at 11:50am for a 12:00pm consultation. I filled out all of my forms online to speed up the process (as 12:00pm on a Tuesday is a busy hour for most everyone). Honestly, my nose started feeling better a few days before I got there, but OUT OF RESPECT, I showed up because I didn't cancel. What a mistake. The receptionist took my to a room after about 20 minutes of waiting (not bad). The room had a 1980's radio blasting static-infused music with clocks ticking all around me. 45 minutes passed for me to find out there was STILL someone ahead of me. I mean why even book me for a noon appointment if you can't see me until 1:30? I don't care how great of a doctor you are, you are not worth it. Do not come here. The wait is unbearable, especially in that office. There are better places. read more

I should have known better when I called to make an appointment and the completely disinterested receptionist was smacking gum in my ear. Or when I walked in and saw the lobby full of cuckoo clocks and assorted junk that you normally find on the wall at Chili's or Bennigan's. To make a long story short, I didn't even get to see the doctor. The nurse took me to an examination room and left me there for two hours before I finally had to leave to make another commitment. After about half an hour I left to get a few new magazines (I had read all the ones provided) and was told I was the "next patient." When I enquired 45 minutes later I was told the same thing. The staff seemed more interested in chatting behind the reception desk than helping the doctor keep to his schedule. Not once did anyone come to give me an update - I had to go to the front desk three times before I finally left in disgust. This guy might be a good doctor - I never got to find out - but his staff is horrifically unprofessional, his office does little to inspire confidence and he is thoroughly incapable of respecting his patient's time. Absolutely not worth the hassle... find someone else. read more

I was referred to Dr. Gordon Siegel on 8/31 for breathing problems. I went to his office and was directed to Northwestern for lung capacity testing. The tech gave me a print out of the results, but guess what, you have to be a DOCTOR to interpret it. I called Dr. Siegel's office four times over the last 3 1/2 weeks (because I AM HAVING BREATHING PROBLEMS), but apparently Dr. Siegel doesn't care enough to call me back. I care enough about me, if you are in the medical profession, shouldn't you care enough too. read more

I should have paid more attention to prior Yelp reviews, they are correct about Dr. Siegel's wait times. I thought either it would be different, or I would appreciate the care he takes with patients. But there is NO excuse for making patients wait almost 3 hours to be seen by a doctor. It is disrespectful of everyone's time and is precisely opposite of his sign that claims he respects people's time. Further, when I did happen to see the doctor in passing, it would be an understatement and generous to say he was befuddled. He said (his own words) "I never know where I am going" and had to ask several times which patient he was seeing next, where to find a chart and several other questions. I would not feel comfortable being seen by this individual. After several hours, I left, and should have done so sooner. read more

I am kicking myself for taking a month to write this review. I had an appointment with Dr. Siegel on December 1st at 8am and he no showed!! Myself and another patient stood outside for over a half-hour and freezing as the windchill was below 30 degrees! As we were waiting, another patient strolled up who had an 8:15am appointment. So at this point, the three of us are standing there, realizing Siegel is now triple booked and we all have jobs to get to after our appointments! The lack of respect and consideration for others was absolutely ridiculous. Eventually I get a call from someone who says that an employee "no-showed" so I asked what about Dr. Siegel? Who was going to let us in or see us? And she said he wasn't there either! Why is he making two 8am appointments, at least one 8:15am appointment if he isn't going to be there or a possibility that he might not make it??? I was blown away... ONE DOCTOR SHOULD NOT HAVE TWO APPOINTMENTS AT THE EXACT SAME TIME. On top of that, this person eventually lied and said "well uhhh, also, someone was in a car accident..." I asked who that was and they couldn't tell me because they were lying. Then they said Siegel would call me as a follow up and with an apology, never happened. The whole scenario drove me absolutely nuts. Eventually I had to leave and go to work as the first person got there before I did and of course I would allow them to see Siegel first... All of this was so ridiculous and I can't believe a doctor would run their business this way. Ok, I'm done, I hope you've enjoyed reading about my suffering!! read more

So, I never actually got to see the doctor. I had arrived at the office 20 minutes prior to my appointment as a good patient should. Filled out the appropriate paper work and waited....and waited......and waited. No one EVER came to tell me that the doctor was running behind. They didn't tell me that when I arrived either. So, at an hour past my appointment and still waiting with no hope in sight I decided to cancel my appointment and not reschedule. I appreciate a doctor that takes their time with each patient. I greatly appreciate that. However, what I do not appreciate is not being told by the staff what the doctors schedule is like around the time of my appointment. The staff should relay this information to the patients which would show a greater respect for EVERYONEs time (there are signs throughout the office stating how they greatly value your time which is obviously not the case). The patients could then decide whether or not they need to reschedule or go to Whole Foods and wait while having a coffee and be called when the doctor is 15 minutes away from being ready to see you. This office is hightly unorganized and unprofessional. And, I should add that while one receptionist was nice there was another with an attitude. Which, of course, only adds to the overall awful experience. read more

Yes people, it does happen, doctors run late. Maybe all these reviewers giving negative reviews have never been to a doctor. I have been here twice in the last two years. So I unfortunately needed my ears cleaned during the pandemic.. nobody plans to loss their hearing ever and that's less than an ideal time to need to get seen by Dr. Gordon. He saw me for the exact same problem 2 weeks before also during the pandemic.. his receptionist refused to arrange for A phone call with him even though he was available. She literally hung up on me.. she was so rude and it's such horrible unprofessional patient care.. he's a medical doctor and could resolve my issue in less than 5 minutes.. she was rude and non-empathetic and down right rude! They signed up to help people and there was no sense of kindness , compassion or even the assistance to help find other options besides wasting everyone's time , financial expenses and putting me at risk for Covid by going to the ER for a basic 5 minute noninvasive office procedure.. i have been social isolating for over 6 weeks and they were aware that I am healthy ! The receptionist was the worst ever !! Rude , mean and unkind and Shame on Dr. Gordon for not calling a patient back when they beg for a follow up phone call! P.S. I was referred by my primary physican and was shocked by the experience with Dr. Siegel. After a wait in excess of an hour, I was escorted to room I would describe as lacking hygiene. Dr. Siegel palpated for literally seconds and spent the entire time speaking to an intern he brought with him in the room. He did not provide any medical feedback and simply said I should go for an xray. The office also serves as place to sell antiques and lacks professionalism. Before meeting Dr. Siegel, one "experiences" his office and examining room. Full of clocks, stained class, Beatles calendars -- the examiining room tapped memories of The Modonna Inn, San Luis Obispo, CA! Interesting, delightful and intriguing while waiting to meet Dr. Seigel. To avoid a long wait to be seen, I followed my referring physician's advice to request the first appointment of the day. I found Dr. Seigel to be very personable, thorough in the exam and patient in answering questions. He was the second ENT I had visited for the same complaint; Dr. Seigel performed different procedures from those of the initial ENT which added to my satisfaction with the visit. Following Dr. Seigel's exam, his audiologist completed a brief eval. I give high recommendations to Dr. Seigle, his audiologist and office staff. I was referred to Dr. Siegel by a family member. I was warned that he runs late, and made sure to make my appointment within his first hour of being open. Reputedly the best ENT in Chicago, he spends a lot of time with each patient and therefore runs way behind schedule. Seems to know what he's talking about but didn't offer much in terms of solutions. I had heartburn and snoring problems, he did the usual bland diet for a month and esophogram for the heartburn and offered nothing for the snoring. Said it's hard to solve but didn't offer anything to even try -- when I asked about options I had heard about he just said "well, they're expensive and sometimes work." Yes, the decor is atypical but it made it interesting. As for the phsician...very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and kind. I have been going to ENTs for a couple of decades now and I have to say that I am very impressed with Dr. Siegel and I am very confident in his skills. He goes above and beyond and does what I wish every physician would do - he doesn't just treat the immediate symptoms. Rather, he tackles the underlying problem and searches for a long term solution. read more

I was referred here by my primary care doctor, with a bit of a warning that "he's a bit eccentric, but he's the best". I was still surprised when I got to the clinic waiting room to find it loaded with clocks ticking and chiming away. It felt much more like an antique shop than a doctor's office. My appointment was at 3pm, and I ended up waiting until 4pm to be seen. There were signs in the waiting area with a forewarning that there may be long wait times, but that Dr. Siegel's philosophy was to spend as much time as needed with each patient. I was hopeful then that when my turn came, I'd have a thorough examination. My visit did not disappoint. I was first seen by his physician assistant, then had an exam with the audiologist, and then Dr. Siegel came in to see me. His bedside manner was exemplary. I have never had a doctor spend so much time really trying to get to the bottom of my issue.
