The guy that checked me in was very friendly and funny for outpatient services. You park in the main entrance area unless you have somebody driving you and you'll check in at the gray outpatient building parking. There was plenty as we were there at 5:30 AM. An example of this, was their failure to give breathing treatments due to patient not being able to hold the nebulizer to his mouth. We had to tell them that they make masks for that, then he got the treatment for this hospital acquired pneumonia. They also would not turn him. By the time he was discharaged, he had 7 decubitus/open sores on his buttock, and one was necrotic. Our family was not informed of all these open sores. No physical therapy either, they said they didn't have the staff for that care. We won't ever take any of our family there again.
