The only drawback is that it's often difficult to speak with someone directly when I call, leading to leaving a message or using the portal. An emergency could easily add an hour to a 10 mile commute. -there is no parking, which easily adds 10-20 minutes to your commute when you have to walk 1/2 mile. -there is a 250 dollar late fee for being 10 minutes late to an appointment. Unfortunately, this his office would rather lose a customer than waive or lower the fees for being late the first time. its not a matter of if you will get charged, its a matter of when. Advice: - for the sake of your mental health, do not go here. - if you do go here, plan to arrive about 1.5 hrs early to each appointment to avoid the 250 dollar fee.
