When I called in about it, they put me on hold and never got back to me. I called back 15 minutes later, and no one picked up. I used my husband's phone and they picked up. Since they saw my number, they did not pick up. In the second call, they first said that their procedure is to walk us to the office to let us know what would not be covered before the appointment . When I said they did not, then they said I should've checked with my insurance beforehand. So if they did not do their job, they put the blame on you. I said either I have to get a list of everything entailed in the appointment way in advance to check with my insurance to see if those services are covered OR during the appointment, I would have to stop them every time there was a procedure to check if we are insured. They said I would have to the the former. UNBELELIVEABLE. Mine and my husband's dental office does this for us. In the past, when I noticed we were not getting notification for the 6 month notification, they said they have it setup to get it. I told them I don't get them. They did nothing about it. I refuse to go back there. It's not like they have dentist worth coming back to. Go somewhere else and get your basic needs meet at the very lest.

For some reason he seems to enjoy going to the dentist and is not scared at all. The technicians are wonderful and were very good with him. They took x rays, cleaned his teeth and were explaining everything to him as they went along. They also explained where he should brush and what parts he was missing. "Little circles" which he recites back at night when he brushes. Nice office and I like the way the exam room is set up. I was able to stand by him or sit on the bench and watch fro afar. He recently had to have his first and hopefully last cavity filled and they were great and he did great. They let him put on the headphones and sit back and watch Frozen. He did a great job.

She made it clear that I didn't have to commit to anything beyond what I was comfortable with, whether that was personally or financially, and that the plan could be tailored to my priorities. For my actual appointment, they offered me luxurious amenities from an entire menu! l got the heated neck pillow and headphones with cable TV, and they even surprised me with a smoothie afterwards! Dr. Horn also made sure to prep my lips with lip balm before starting anything, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel comfortable and genuinely caring. The results from my first appointment have been incredible and far exceeded any expectations I had. I remember saying during my initial consult that I just hoped to lessen some of the staining as much as possible, but it truly feels like it's almost entirely gone. I feel so happy and giddy when I look in the mirror now. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Horn and her team enough. Not only did they completely transform my smile, but they also transformed the way I feel about myself. For the first time in years, I feel confident, excited, and genuinely happy when I look in the mirror. I've had more horrifying experiences than pleasant ones at the dentist, which include some pretty suspect procedures involving root canals and my wisdom teeth. So horrible, in fact, that I suspect that the previous dentists I've had probably have their licenses revoked by now, if they're not already in prison for incompetence and cruelty. Dr. Gorman and his staff have always been very understanding and have catered to my mistrust from bad experiences, and he's extremely knowledgable when it comes to recommendations on what you actually need. These guys will genuinely do what's best for you and your health, and that type of focus on the patient is hard to come by. Also a big plus for giving me personalized advice on preventative care. I'm finally on a daily floss/brush/mouthwash regimen that actually works for me and keeps my mouth clean and healthy. One more big plus because he's a big baseball guy, allowing me to have a friendly heated debate about something that isn't just about my teeth.
