My wife has had deep cleaning and teeth whitening, my 2 children have their routine check ups here. Today I went and had a deep clean done , half of it anyways, and overall very happy with the level of service I've received. They clearly go through my invoices and it's clear outline on what is out of pocket vs covered(estimates). Fairly accommodating in time schedules, I do wish they had more PM hours (post6pm) Overall I'm happy to recommend this place! read more

I was not seen because I was on time, but took me 8 minutes to find the office building, as it was in a large complex. I waited in line for two minutes, as the front desk was busy talking on the phone not checking me in. They rescheduled me at the office. Called me back within 30 minutes and told me they double booked me and made a mistake. I just called a month later and they said they are refusing me care. Even though they tried to reschedule. This is a scam. Do not waist your time. They told me to find somewhere else, that they will not see me. All because if was a few minutes late, for a squeeze in appointment to fill the hole in my tooth. read more

I first encountered Krista as a teen at another dental practice in Plymouth. After returning to the west metro area 10 years later I sought her out remembering her exemplary care. Our entire family now sees Krista regularly for routine care. She even helped my husband get back on track with deep cleaning after skipping out on dental offices for a few years! Front office staff also does a great job at explaining benefits and accommodating appts. read more

If you value your teeth, do not go here! The dentist, Dr. Krista Geisler, has major confidence in her ability to perform dental work. In the middle of a procedure, she quit because she lost faith in her ability to do what needed to be done. She has no people skills. My new dentist has spent the past year cleaning up her mistakes. I am paying out of pocket for some since Life Smiles messed up with my insurance company. read more

The staff are amazing and I love the technology they use. Needed a quick fix for a crown and they got me in same day and explained everything as far as what they were going to do and what my expectations should be. been going to dentists for 45+ years and finally found one that is the King of Kings! (Pun intended). read more

So this is another company that uses a strong marketing firm to add many fake reviews. All you have to do is watch this report and you'll see they are part of this huge dental scam in our country. This company is specifically highlighted. https://www.yahoo.com/news/dentists-under-pressure-drill-healthy-110612689.html Try very hard to avoid using any dentist that is part of any of these major companies. Its all about money and not about accurate care. One of my friends is a dental hygienist who moved to admin at the dental office and she said their company joined one of these firms for a short time and quickly found out it was very unethical and they have since gone back to private ownership. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! read more

Had a great experience with Dr. Geisler and the whole office staff. I came in as a new patient after just moving to the area. The office staff was very warm and friendly. Dr Geisler took the time to ask questions and get to know me in her office even before sitting down in the dental chair. The dental assistant was nice also and offering suggestions to try to make the x-rays as painless as possible. The only complaint I have was that there was not enough time to get my exam and cleaning done in the appointment scheduled so I have to return a month later (next available after work appointment) for the cleaning part. Besides that, great level of service! read more

I recommend Life Smiles 100%!! Dr. Krista Geisler is very friendly, genuine and thorough with her exams. She is very knowledgeable, is set up with the best technology and you will love the modern, warm office. Her team is also friendly and Pam will get your teeth polished clean after Dr. Geisler meets with you. If you have children, they would be excellent as well. The office is equiped for little ones and their personalities will make the experience comfortable for your children. If you are looking for the best of the best in Dentistry make an appointment with Life Smiles. P.S. They have a special on teeth whitening, $30 for the trays and whitening solution. I pick my trays up next week...very excited!! read more

Love Dr. Geisler and her team! When I moved here four years ago and was looking for a new dentist she took the time to review all of my prior records and recommended a treatment course. I needed major work and over the past several years have been taking care of my teeth a few at a time. Again, major work and I deal with anxiety about going to the dentist. Life Smiles has been fantastic! Current technology and she stays up-to-date with new techniques. My entire family has moved to life Smiles. read more

Terrible experience. DO NOT TAKE KIDS HERE. Dr was rude and very impatient with my daughter. We moved to another dentist. Couldn't leave fast enough. read more

Krista is always fun to visit. Chatty and her crew generates the same upbeat atmosphere. I was one of her first patients when she started her own practice and remain a loyal patient. She does excellent work and anyone looking for a dentist and lives in the Plymouth area should really give her a try. read more

My son had his tongue tie released by Dr. Geisler. She was very kind and caring! We just went in for his follow-up and everything is healing great. One of her assistants checked him out and was cheerful and helpful as well. I brought my 2 and a half year old along and the staff even helped keep him entertained. Overall it was as lovely of an experience as it could be. I will definitely keep going back for future appointments. read more

This was the best dentist experience of my life! I was in town on business and had an emergency - so used Yelp to find this place. Dr. Geiser was courteous, professional and changed a filling for me quickly and painlessly. Her assistant, Tracy, was friendly and upbeat. Dental hygienist, Nellie, cleaned my teeth and was lovely and did a terrific job. Office staff couldn't have been nicer. Overall - I am extremely impressed and would recommend this office highly. read more

What a great experience! Going to the dentist in the past I've felt as though I'm just a task that needs to be completed. The dental anxiety that I had quickly disappeared with a warm receptionist and lobby. Dr. Geisler is very personable and takes the time to get to know you. Everything that was being done was explained to me and I learned a few things! read more

Do NOT go here. Dr is OFF her rocker! She is obsessed with mouth breathing, and will have you tape your mouth shut at night to breathe through your nose (go buy this tape, and go buy these nose spreaders on Amazon; I swear she gets a kickback). When I did not do this, her reaction was beyond unprofessional! She spoke of getting rid of my kittens!! I had never heard of a "deep cleaning" until this place. This is NOT a necessary procedure, and you do NOT need it!! It's expensive, they use local anesthetic and it is completely not needed! She had me do a sleep "study" before she would make me a mouth guard for my clenching. Then after that, she still would not do it since I did not tape my mouth shut! I paid for them to take measurements and get everything ready to get that guard. She then wanted to fix a lip tie on my infant niece ...so many adults have lip and tongue ties, I can't believe they would suggest cosmetic surgery for a baby! Then when my father refused to get x-rays again, as they did them earlier that same year (he goes every 6 months) they wanted him to sign a liability waiver saying if he got any cavities after the appointment, that they would not be at fault! They want your money. They will sell you procedures and products that you do NOT need. I asked an MD (adult and pediatric MD) about all this and she was amazed. Please, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I have a great experience every time at Life Smiles. Dr. Krista and her staff are friendly, professional and they really care about their clients. I have no problem recommending Dr. Krista to my family, friends and colleagues because they do such a great job! read more

Great hygienists and dentist. We've been patients for the last 2 or 3 years, and this team is caring and capable - equally able to care for me, my 15-year-old (grumpy) son, and 8-year-old (dramatic) daughter. Warm office staff, comfortable surroundings and a Keurig machine make the entire process painless. Thanks, LifeSmiles! read more

I tried to work with this dentist, but it was a failed journey. She does not understand dental anxiety nor does she do anything to help. She does not even like to use novacaine unless it was a major procedure. She wanted to finish an implant for me without any numbing at all. (Removing post and placing crown.) She does not use nitrous because she thinks the gas also affects her. She wears a mask but says nitrous "escapes" and bothers her during a procedure. Kind of selfish. I felt tIme and time again she was more concerned about herself than her patients. My husband and I repeatedly brought issues up and were laughed at or ignored. I recently had to find a different dentist as I had an emergency with a crown and Geisler was not available (out of the country). It has been two weeks since I called and her office still has not called to get me in to check on that tooth. I'm finding now that many of the issues she pointed out during my exams do not have to be fixed with the most extreme measures or most costly procedures that she was recommending. She does not seem to understand $$$ that we all don't have her cushy bank account to do $$$ thousands at once. My husband is fairly easy going as far as dentists go. He had his cleaning there by a guy recently and this guy told him "I really don't want to spend that much time on your cleaning" and proceeded to do a crappy job. Charged the same amount but really did not do an appropriate cleaning. What he did do was painful. My cleanings, besides one with a temp, went fairly well. They seemed to understand my anxiety and senditive teeth. The Dr, not so much. Front desk people can be rude and abrupt. Needless to say, my husband and I have found a different dentist in Plymouth who listens to patients and responds to patient needs. She does not see patIents with $$$ in her eyes. Life Smiles is probably an "ok" choice if you have fairly routine dental needs. Not your best choice if you have to have work done and need a dentist that puts patients first. You can do better. Other reviews here that were low seemed very relatable. Choose wisely. I left in tears more than once from pain they created, with no care or concern whatsoever. I'm not sure that is best practice. . read more

I brought my first daughter here and had a successful lip and tongue revision. When I brought my twins here I was ordered I have to bring them to the chiropractor first before getting lip and tongue ties revised, which I then did. Then I scheduled my appointment to get it completed. I walked in the office and they took the pictures and said I then needed to visit some other specialist and then they would complete them. I was quite livid I wasn't informed of this before I brought them to their appointment or I wouldn't have wasted my time. It's not easy hauling my twins to appointments while finding a babysitter for my 2 year old. On that note, the appropriate person scheduled to do the lip and tongue tie revisions made an very rude comment to me, in which she later apologized for after I left her office in tears. Maybe we were both just having a bad day but I 100% would not go back here and am quite upset that I literally wasted $300 (we don't have dental insurance) + a chiropractor visit to get pictures of my twins lip and tongue ties and nothing done. Very very disappointing. read more

Dr. Geisler and her staff have given me the best dental experience I have had in my 50+ years. I have very sensitive teeth, and I have a very high tolerance for anesthesia and numbing agents. As a result, my past experiences with other dentists made me "dental phobic". At Life Smiles, they took the time to understand my needs and gently treated me. They have the latest technology, are highly skilled, and very friendly. My teeth haven't looked this good since I was in my 20's. Needless to say, I am very pleased. The office is bright, cheery and very family oriented with activities for the kids to do while they wait for their turn or for a parent. I highly recommend Dr. Geisler and the staff at Life Smiles. The front office is knowledgable, organized, professional, and very friendly. The dental professionals are thorough, gentle, personable, and everyone has a good sense of humor and a sunny disposition, which for me makes a huge difference in my dental experience. read more

Had a great checkup with Christy. She has a great way of telling you you need to take care of your teeth without making you feel like an idiot. She's always supportive and never demeaning. I will continue to try to improve my dental care and know that if I fall off the dental wagon, Christy will still be supportive. She is a GREAT addition to the staff. read more

Don't let Dr. Geisler fool you. Yes, her office is very comforting and her staff is extremely friendly and funny; however, many of her suggested services were unnecessary and simply inaccurate. I am unsure if this was accidental or intentional but after spending over 2,800, I would expect her and her team to at the very least be honest. After visiting other dentists in the twin cities are, I was informed that the two teeth she informed me were cavities and suggested be filled were in fact not cavities at all. One dentist even said the teeth were "perfectly fine" and that he seen no issues or underlying issues with the condition of the two teeth. (Detailed records were provided) Being a young patient without insurance I am extremely dissatisfied with her exam and office. I feel is if I have been BAMBOOZLED! Please don't let their friendly faces and relaxing environment fool you. read more

Unbelievably rude staff. I just called in to ask if they dental would be covered through our insurance plan and the person sounded so irritated and annoyed with this simple question. She responded extremely condescendingly. Needless to say we are looking for a place that cares about patients and their needs. read more

This was hands down the most comfortable visit to the dentist I've experienced. And on top of that, Dr. Geisler and her staff were thorough, knowledgeable, and really friendly! read more

You wouldn't think going to the dentist would be fun, but here it is. Dr Geisler and her staff are amazingly kind and fun, and treat me like a good friend. Every time I am there the only problem I encounter is having trouble keeping my mouth open for my cleaning because I am so busy smiling and laughing. Really. Dr Geisler is incredibly knowledgeable about oral and overall health, and her exams are very thorough. At the same time this is an office you can trust to never overcharge you or recommend unnecessary procedures. After many bad experiences with other dentists in the past, I will be a patient of Dr. Geisler's for life. She's that good! read more

Had a very bad experience with a rude receptionist. They also refused to schedule the cleaning the same day and appointment as the exam - totally impractical and inconvenient. Will be finding a different dentist. read more

I switched to Life Smiles a few years ago, along with my entire family and we couldn't be happier with the service we receive from Krista and her team. I prefer the smaller, more personal, friendly vibe. Previous dentists seemed to always be searching for big expensive projects in my mouth, but Krista just gives you options instead of scare tactics. I highly recommend Life Smiles to anyone with teeth they'd like to keep healthy and happy. read more
