The space is modern and very clean. They have a comfortable waiting area with different sitting areas, TV, magazines, etc. The staff is welcoming, efficient and organized. Each department works together to create a great experience (check in, hygienist, dentist, insurance, scheduling). Amazing team! They are a busy office so sometimes scheduling can be pushed out but I've always gotten a call about openings and have been able to get in earlier than expected. They have provided excellent communication and referrals when needed. I have been so happy with my hygienist. My teeth always feel so clean after. She's efficient and thorough. Dr. Brittany Bowen is awesome. She is kind, patient, and truly listens. I know she is always doing what is best for me and my health. I continue to be impressed by this team and am pleased with every experience I have had at Associated Dentists. Highly reccomend!

I was traumatized by several dentists and orthodontists not listening to me, not taking my pain into account, even later on as an adult. Dr Boucher and her assistants reconciled me with going to the dentist, and I am no longer scared. Not only do they explain everything, answer any and all questions I have, show me the X-rays and teach me to read them... They also have consistently been the most thorough and the most comprehensive dentists I have even been to. They truly treat your teeth and your oral health as an important part of your body health, not a separate one. Dr Boucher asked a series of questions regarding my sleep, my medications, and my work, that I was never asked before. Turns out, it was playing a role in a problem I have, and we're now able to fix it. The clinic is small but not stuffy or congested, and very comfortable. There are bright colors, plants, plenty of sunlight, and nature sounds playing very low in the background. If you have anxiety about medical and/or dentist care, this helps a great deal. If you don't, it'll still be very pleasant. Everything is extremely clean but still comfortable, and I always feel safe going there. Last but not least, the administrative workers are also friendly, never rushing me, yet efficient. Long story short: if you are scared of going the dentist, come to Dr Boucher for friendly yet rigorous, and empathetic care. If you aren't scared of the dentist, come to Dr Boucher anyway, for comprehensive and efficient care.

My family goes to Dr. Jaeger - my adult children, their children, and my wife and I. The…read morereceptionist is so personable and helpful, but that's not why. Adam attends to us in such an easy, considerate, and truly friendly manner - as if he looks forward to doing his work. But that's not why. The fees are, I assume but don't really know, fair. But that's not why. Why? I'll tell you. Gladly. Two years ago, the 3 yr old fell down and hit his front tooth which was bleeding and just hanging there. Dr. Jaeger came in (it was a weekday evening) and immediately attended to him. Last week, on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, my son-in-law chipped both front teeth. Dr. Jaeger could have been playing golf, or fishing, or reading a book, or just relaxing, but...he drove in and immediately fixed the teeth. I don't know (technically) what you call it, but from my standpoint, he fixed it. On a Saturday. Want to know why we all (3 generations) go to Dr. Jaeger? Simple, really. He treats us like family. Period. And what could be better. - Alan G

I did some research on him and found out he went to Harvard, which, if you mention it, he waves away as though it's nothing. He and his staff were very careful to explain everything that was going on, and what I needed to have done, while tedious, was not bad at all to deal with. They are great about keeping on you about checking in with how you are doing as you heal up. Dear Dental Patient:…read more I became Dr. Phil Bruden's dental patient soon after I moved to Madison in the early 1970's. I adored Dr. Bruden and when he retired, I knew that he would not have sold his practice to Dr. Jean Piper if she weren't a wonderful person and a fine dentist. I can't remember how many years ago that occurred - maybe 25 years - but I remain a devoted patient of Dr. Jean, as do my family members. Dr. Jean and Rhonda, her hygienist, have set the tone for the office - grace, calm and friendliness. When I think back to how traumatic visits to the dentist were when I was growing up, I remark on the wonderful change that has occurred, not only in the technology, but also in the philosophy that dental care is essential to good health, and that dental care should not be scary.
